The RAS error 777 usually indicates a driver issue. Can you please try the following: 1) when VMC is not started and no device is inserted, go to the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk\ Please note that this is a hidden folder, you have to enable `show hidden files and folders` in the Windows Explorer settings. In this folder you can find the rasphone.pbk, which is the file that contains all DUN connections (the connections that are shown when you go to <Control Panel>, <Network Connections>, and then there is a section called 'Dial-up'). The 'Vodafone Mobile Connect' dial-up connection also is stored in the rasphone.pbk. Please move the file to a different location (do not delete it as this would mean that all DUNs from the customer will be gone). 2) Now go to <Control Panel>, <Network Connections>. From the menu <Advanced>, choose <Dial-up Preferences...> If the locations are not configured on the customer's system, this will bring up the 'Location information' dialogue.
