Non-Printing Flow Chart U2 Not printing Check the LED's of the U2 Connect U2 and power supply The "RUN" LED is off Disable the Encoder and set the correct conveyor speed no The "PRINT" LED is flashing If the encoder is installed The "PRINT" LED is on If you have installed the external photocell Enable the Encoder and set the correct parameters yes no Switch photocell to internal yes Switch photocell to external Press "print on" to turn on the print The "PRINT" LED is off NO CONNECTION The "ALARM" LED is on Press Function→4→ 1→1 to diagnose the system AREA CODE ERROR INK CODE ERROR INK EMPTY If thers is no cartridge, please insert a cartridge Make sure the Smart Chip contacted well with the ISD module Change a valid cartridge Change a valid cartridge Change a new cartridge If the problem is still present, please contact the distributor III. Flow chart for missing lines when printing Lines missing when printing The nozzle is blocked There is an air bubble inside the cartridge Take the cartridge out of the print head and use the air removal tool to draw the air bubble out Make sure the cartridge has good contact with the PEN Driver Board Is the ink type porous yes no Use wet cloth to clean the nozzle or put the cartridge in warm water for 1minute Use dry cloth to clean the nozzle The issue is still present Change to another cartridge If the problem is still present, please contact the distributor
