1. Philosophy and Reason
Our mission is to connect people that have met before, and to allow them to
be more productive and successful by improving their social-, human-, and
professional skills. Our services are designed to help people improve, by
enabling you and your contacts to give feedback to each others, exchange
opinions and learn to establish trusted relationships, based on common values
that you and your contacts believe in.
Our services offer you as well the possibility to express your opinion about
your favorite celebrities. Use your freedom of opinion to let them know what
you like or not about their public behavior, in a democratic way and contribute
to help them raise their popularity.
ID-Trees offers you free coaching articles that are guidelines for better human
behavior, based on common sense rules. They are designed to help you
improve in life, get rid of your weaknesses and strengthen your social values
and skills. If you follow them you assume your whole responsibility and agree
that you do it on your own risk. ID-Tree is not responsible for the content of
those articles and doesn’t guarantee your success if you apply them. They are
only an encouraging and motivating roadmap, meant to help and inspire you in
life.
2. Agreement
You agree that by clicking “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using
our services you are entering into a legally binding agreement.
This “Agreement” includes this User Agreement and a privacy agreement, and
other terms that will be displayed to you at the time you first use certain
features, as may be amended by ID-Tree from time to time. If you do not
agree to this Agreement, do NOT click “Sign Up” (or similar) and do not
access or otherwise use any of our services.
Registered users of our services are “Members” and unregistered users are
“Visitors”. This Agreement applies to both.
3. This is a Beta Version
We have launched ID-Tree as a Beta Version. Please be patient and indulgent
about certain miss functions and bugs. If you accept to use this test version,
you become a valuable tester and member for ID-Tree but accept to use it on
your own risk. We appreciate any kind of feedback from you, and are very
thank full for communicating it to us at [email protected]. Although we really
appreciate your feedback and contribution, to this test version we like to inform
you, that certain functions, configurations and the design can still change or
transform. In any case we do our best to respect your privacy and rights and
keep ID-Tree safe. You will not claim against us in any case of technical or
human error or miss function, bugs, hacks, viruses or virus attacks, Trojans or
spyware, server crashes or more. If through any human errors or technical
miss function, any functions or the anonymity function should break down or
fail, you will not claim against us.
4. Service Eligibility
To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age”
(defined below) or older; (2) you must speak the English language to accept,
and confirm these conditions of use, and correctly use id-tree.com, (3) you will
only have one ID-Tree account, which must be in your real name; and (4) you
are not already restricted by ID-Tree from using the Services.
“Minimum Age” means (a) 18 years old for all countries. However, if law
requires that you must be older, in order for ID-Tree to lawfully provide the
Services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your information)
then the Minimum Age is such older age. The Services are not for use by
anyone under the age of 18.
5. Protecting Other People's Rights We respect other people's rights, and expect
you to do the same.
We don’t allow you to post content or take any action on ID-Tree that
infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
You promise to only provide information and content that you have the right
to share and that is truthful, and that your ID-Tree profile will be truthful.
We can remove any content or information you post on ID-Tree if we believe
that it violates this Statement or our policies.
If you infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your
account when appropriate.
If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and you
believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you with an opportunity to
appeal.
We don’t allow you to use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly
similar marks, except with our prior written permission.
If you collect information from users, you have to obtain their consent, make
it clear you (and not ID-Tree) are the one collecting their information, and
send us a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you
will use it.
ID-Tree cannot and has not the right to see the content of any ID-Trees,
which are set on private mode, neither to oversee or monitor the evaluation
process in any form. In case of misuse related to you or other persons
concerned, you give us the right, to examine all of the data being related to
your profile and is registered or hosted on our servers.
Privacy Your privacy is so important to us. ID-Tree’s policy was designed to
make important disclosures about how you can use ID-Tree, how to share it
and what you can share with others and how we collect and can use your
content and information. Please read our policy, and use it to help you make
informed decisions.
6.
You must know the persons you give feedback to on ID-Tree, or must have
met them, exchanged in any form or interaction with them (written, in letters,
by email, forums, spoken in direct, by Skype, SMS, by phone, video, on
internet platforms, television, radio, therapy etc.) before sending any kind of
evaluation to them.
You are entirely responsible for the feedback you give to others, that’s why
this feedback of yours towards them must be truthful and in accordance
with your deepest and most honest convictions.
Our Services allow sharing of information and content, only if it concerns
your own person. If public, this information may be seen by other members,
by visitors or anyone else using Internet. Where we have made settings
available, we will honor the choices you make about who can see this
content or information. You may be sharing it with your network, by
changing the default setting for your content from private to a public view. If
you decide to set your profile on public mode, your ID-Tree and all the
information concerning your person, appearing on your Tree will be visible
to everyone. You are entirely responsible for your act if you decide to set
your profile on public mode, and can any time set it back on private mode.
Celebrities
„Celebrities“ are public persons, famous through media just like television,
cinema, music, radio, internet, politics, occasional, repeated or continuous
press presence, people appearing on Wikipedia, newspapers, magazines,
or other diverse journalistic reports, testimonials or credentials.
Celebrities’, stars’ and public persons’ privacy laws are limited through their
public presence and the public image that they assume and share, through
their own mediatization or promulgation through the mass media.
Based on this public image, our members have a right of expression and a
right to share their own opinions about stars, celebrities and public persons
through the ID-Tree „celebrity profile” mode. If this image is built and
consolidated on such persons assumed public presence, mediatization or
promulgation through the mass media, law allows people to publicly
express their opinions about stars or famous persons, which on our ID-Tree
platform we define as „Celebrities“.
7.
Your License to ID-Tree You own all of the content, feedback, and personal
information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license
to it. We'll honor the choices you make about who gets to see your
information and content.
As between you and ID-Tree you own the content and information that you
submit or post to the Services and you are only granting ID-Tree the
following non-exclusive license: A worldwide, transferable and sub licensable
right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process, information and
content that you provide through our Services, without any further consent,
notice and/or compensation to you or others. These rights are limited in the
following ways:
You can end this license for specific content by deleting such content from
the Services, or generally by closing your account, except (a) to the extent
you shared it with others as part of the Service and they copied or stored it
and (b) for the reasonable time it takes to remove from backup and other
systems.
Other Members and/or Visitors may access and share your content and
information, consistent with your settings and degree of connection with
them.
While we may edit and make formatting changes to your content (such as
translating it, modifying the size, layout or file type or removing metadata, we
will not modify the meaning of your expression.
Because you own your content and information and we only have nonexclusive rights to it, you alone choose to make it available to others.
You agree that we may access, store and use any information that you
provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and your privacy
settings.
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services to IDTree, you agree that ID-Tree can use and share (but does not have to) such
feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You agree to only provide content or information to our platform, if it does not
violate the law or anyone else’s rights (e.g., without violating any intellectual
property rights or breaching a contract). You also agree that your profile
information will be truthful. ID-Tree may be required by law to remove certain
information or content in certain countries.
For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, you
specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and
application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post
on or in connection with ID-Tree (IP License).
This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless
your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
Coaching articles and all of their content belong entirely to IDI-Tree UG.
Their copy, reproduction, duplication, proliferation, multiplication, quotations,
citations or sale are not allowed without ID-Tree’s permission.
8.
Sharing Your Content and Information You own all of the content and
information that concerns your person on ID-Tree, and you can control how it
is shared through your privacy and settings. When you share information,
others can see, copy and use that information. In addition:
When you use ID-Tree, we may ask for your permission to access to your
contacts and information as well as the content and information that others
have shared with you. We respect your privacy, and your choice about how
you will use, store, and transfer your own content and information. To learn
more about how you can control what information other people may see or
not see, please read our user manual.
When you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means
that you are allowing everyone, including people off of ID-Tree, to access
and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and
profile picture).
Every type of content that you upload and treat on ID-tree, containing
information about other persons, stays visible ONLY between you and the
person concerned. This content can be shared or published only by the
person concerned. You don't have any rights or royalties about this content,
appearing on their profiles, even if you contributed to its creation.
You agree to only provide information and content that you have the right to
use and share, to ID-Tree.
You agree to be honest and truthful while evaluating people on ID-Tree
You agree that all of your actions on ID-Tree, including your identity and your
profile, will be truthful.
You are not allowed to use ID-Tree to do anything unlawful, misleading,
malicious, or discriminatory, bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about ID-Tree but
you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any
obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer
them).
When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the
recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content
may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be
available to others).
When you share information, others can see, copy and use that information.
Our Services allow you sharing of information such as your profile
Information. This content that you share, or post, may be seen by other
members, or if public, by visitors.
We don’t let people know when you give feedback to the others.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that
information posted by members be accurate and not in violation of the
intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service
and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
We give you the possibility to evaluate contacts that haven’t signed up yet.
As long as those contacts haven’t become members of ID-Tree.com, their
profiles are not confirmed, meaning that they are not visible to them
or to anyone else. Those evaluations will only serve you as personal notes
about those persons. Their names will not show up entirely on your
evaluation as long as they haven’t confirmed their profiles and trees.
If not signed up, they will not receive any note or mail informing them that
they have been evaluated.
9. Registration and Account Security ID-Tree users provide their real names and
information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some
Commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the
security of your account.
We don’t allow any false personal information on ID-Tree. You will not create
an account for anyone other than yourself.
We don’t allow more than one personal account.
We will not allow you to create more than one account without our
permission, in case we disable your account.
We don’t allow you the use of ID-Tree if you are under 18 Years old.
You are obligated to keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
We don’t allow you to share your password (or in the case of developers,
your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else
that might jeopardize the security of your account.
We don’t allow you to transfer your account (including any Page or
application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written
permission.
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page, we
reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such
as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not
closely relate to a user's actual name).
You will inform every person, before you invite them to join and use ID-Tree,
and get their approval, before sending ID-Tree email invitations to them. You
agree that those invitations are nominal and you give us the right to use your
name in the automatic invitation-emails that you decide to send to your
contacts.
10.
Safety We do our best to keep ID-Tree safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We
need your help to keep ID-Tree safe, which includes the following
commitments by you:
ID-Tree doesn’t allow inscriptions of third or other parties, for you to use
(Recruiters, employers, etc.). The only user allowed to use an ID-Tree
account is the creator himself, who has to use his own entire name and
email, in order to assume the right feedback that he gives and receives to
and from his personal contacts, (even if this feedback is anonymous) Every
user of an ID-Tree Account has to assure that this feedback is truthful.
The User has to ensure his own anonymity by himself and in general by:
(a) keeping his password a secret. (b) not sharing an account with anyone
else (c) securing his own password, (d) not transferring any part of his
account, (e) not leaving his account open or accessible to others, (f) erasing
all cookies, browser history, notes and files relating to ID-Tree if using shared
internet access computers or other media platforms (g) not pressing the
“keep me logged in check” on media platforms that are shared, like
computers, tablets, smartphones etc., (h) not sharing or exchanging with
others in any form about the content of his own evaluations, (i) not taking,
saving, communicating, transferring or publishing screenshots or confidential
information belonging to other person’s accounts, including own evaluations
that the user performed himself (j) not leaving his login key visible to others
(k) following the ID-Tree rules, data policy and law while using our platform.
ID-Tree doesn’t allow the sharing, publishing, exhibiting or displaying of
private ID-Trees except by their owners.
You will not publish or share any screenshots of ID-Trees, which are not
yours or linked to your private, personal email.
You will not publish or share any word cloud evaluations that you make in
form of screenshots or other.
The user is responsible for anything that happens through his account unless
you close it or report misuse.
You are not allowed to collect users' content or information, or access IDTree, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or
scrapers) without our prior permission.
You are not allowed to post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or
pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous
violence.
You are not allowed to engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a
pyramid scheme, on and with ID-Tree.
You are not allowed to upload viruses or other malicious code.
You are not allowed to solicit login information or access an account
belonging to someone else.
You are not allowed to develop or operate any third-party applications on this
platform without our approval.
You are not allowed to use ID-Tree to do anything unlawful, misleading,
malicious, or discriminatory.
You are not allowed to bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
ID-Tree’s automatized formula to identify misuse, alerts us about profiles
sending out constant and repetitive negative feedback. If such case is
identified in association with you or your account, you agree that ID-Tree can
close, disable or block your account entirely and erase all evaluations linked
to it without any prevention. In certain cases of abuse or misuse, we may
claim against you.
You are not allowed to do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair
the proper working or appearance of ID-Tree, such as a denial of service
attack or interference with page rendering or other ID-Tree functionality.
You are not allowed to facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement
or our policies.
We have a blacklist of people who are not allowed to use ID-Tree. If you
can’t signup for any reason, please contact us at [email protected], so
we can verify the reasons.
11.
Notices and Service Messages
You're okay with us using our website, and email to provide you with
important notices. Also, you agree certain additional information can be
shared with you.
If the contact information you provide isn't up to date, you may miss out on
these notices.
Our services allow messaging in many ways, such as links to internal news,
links to your profile, Information, updates or notifications. You agree that we
may provide notices to you and other users in the following ways:
(1) a banner notice on the Service, or (2) an email sent to an address you
provided, or (3) through other means or mail. You agree to keep your contact
information up to date.
Please review your ID-Tree.com settings to control and limit what kind of
messages you receive from us.
You will inform every person before you invite them to join and use ID-Tree,
and get their approval, before sending the ID-Tree automatic invitations to
them. Be aware that they will receive a private email containing your name,
inviting them to join and use ID-Tree. You agree that this invitation is nominal
and you give us the right to use your name in the automatic invitation that will
be sent to the persons you choose to invite. In case of non-respect of this
clause, you are the person responsible. If anyone brings a claim against us
related to your actions, content or information on ID-Tree, you will indemnify
and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of
any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim,
and take the entire responsibility for your act.
We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service
and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
11. Special Provisions Applicable to Developers/Operators of Applications
and Websites.
If you are a developer or operator of a Platform application or website or if
you use Social Plugins, you must comply with the ID-Tree User Policy.
If you are a developer you are not allowed to use spyware, collect users'
content or information, or access ID-Tree, using automated means (such as
harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
You are not allowed to hack into the ID-Tree platform by force, and violate
any rights to privacy.
12. Special Provisions Applicable to Software
You are not allowed to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or
otherwise attempt to extract source code from us, unless you are expressly
permitted to do so under an open source license, or we give you express
written permission.
13. Amendments
We’ll notify you before we make changes to these terms and give you the
opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to
use our Services. If we agree those changes cannot be retroactive. If you
don't agree to these changes, you must stop using the Services.
Your continued use of the ID-Tree Services, following notice of the changes
to our terms, policies or guidelines, constitutes your acceptance of our
amended terms, policies or guidelines.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement (or your membership or use
of Services) to anyone without our consent. However, you agree that ID-Tree
may assign this Agreement to its affiliates or a party that buys it without your
consent. There are no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
You agree that the only way to provide us legal notice is at the addresses
provided in Section 19.
14. Termination
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create risk or
possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of ID-Tree
to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access
your account. You may also delete your account or disable your application
at any time.
ID-Tree or You may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice to the
other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The
following shall survive termination: (a) Our rights to use and disclose your
feedback; (b) Members' and/or Visitors' rights to further re-share content
and information you shared through the Service to the extent copied or re
shared prior to termination;
We apologize but we don’t have a function to close your account yet. If you
want to close or erase your account, please send us an email at:

15. Disputes
You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute (claim) you have with
us arising out of or relating to this Statement or ID-Tree exclusively in the
German territory or a state court located in, Baden Württemberg, and you
agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of
litigating all such claims. The laws of the German government will govern
this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us,
without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or
information on ID-Tree, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and
against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including
reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim. Although we provide
rules for user conduct, we do not control or direct users' actions on ID-Tree
and are not responsible for the content or information users transmit or
share on/with ID-Tree. We are not responsible for any offensive,
inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or
information you may encounter on ID-Tree. We are not responsible for the
conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of ID-Tree.
WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP ID-TREE UP, BUG-FREE, AND SAFE, BUT
YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE PROVIDING ID-TREE AS IS
WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE USING ID-TREE ON YOUR OWN RISK.
YOU WILL NOT CLAIM AGAINST US IN ANY CASE OF TECHNICAL OR
HUMAN ERROR OR MISSFUNCTION, BUGS, HACKS, VIRUSES OR
VIRUS ATTACKS, TROYANS OR SPYWARE, SERVER CRASHES OR
MORE. IF THROUGH ANY HUMAN ERRORS OR TECHNICAL
MISSFUNCTION SOMEONES ANONYMITY OR THE ANONIMITY
FUNCTION SHOULD BREAK DOWN OR FAIL, YOU WILL NOT CLAIM
AGAINST US.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ID-TREE WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE,
SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION
WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS. ID-TREE IS
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION,
OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR
DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY
CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF
OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST
ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR
ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THIS STATEMENT OR ID-TREE, EVEN IF WE
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION
OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO
THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN
SUCH CASES, ID-TREE’s LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Exclusion of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW (AND UNLESS ID-TREE
HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT
SUPERSEDES THIS AGREEMENT), ID-TREE (AND THOSE THAT IDTREE WORKS WITH TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES) SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS
OF DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION, PROFITS OR REVENUES,
RELATED TO THE SERVICES (E.G. OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY
STATEMENTS, DOWN TIME OR LOSS, USE OR CHANGES TO YOUR
INFORMATION OR CONTENT).
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER LAW, ID-TREE (AND THOSE THAT
ID-TREE WORKS WITH TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES) (A) DISCLAIM
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS (E.G.
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND NONINFRINGEMENT); (B) DO
NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT
INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, AND (C) PROVIDE THE SERVICE
(INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS
AVAILABLE” BASIS.
SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OR
ALL OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16.
Special Provisions Applicable to Users Outside Germany
We strive to create a global community with consistent standards for
everyone, but we also strive to respect local laws. The following provisions
apply to users and non-users who interact with ID-Tree outside Germany:
You consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in
Germany.
17.
Definitions
By " ID-Tree " or” ID-Tree Services” we mean the features and services we
make available, including through (a) Our company, IDI Tree UG, (b)our
website at www.id-tree.com, (c) our Platform, (d) social plugins such as
the Agree/Disagree button, the “public profile”/”private profile” buttons and
other similar offerings and (e) other media, brands, products, services,
software (such as a toolbar), devices, or networks now existing or later
developed.
By "Platform" we mean a set of APIs and services (such as content) that
enable others, including application developers and website operators, to
retrieve data from ID-Tree or provide data to us.
By "information" we mean facts and other information about you, including
actions taken by users and non-users who interact with ID-Tree.
By "content" we mean anything you or other users post, provide or share
using ID-Tree Services.
By "data" or "user data" or "user's data" we mean any data, including a
user's content or information that you or third parties can retrieve from IDTree or provide to ID-Tree through Platform.
By "post" we mean post on ID-Tree or otherwise make available by using
ID-Tree.
By "use" we mean use, run, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute,
modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
By "application" we mean any application or website that uses or accesses
Platform, as well as anything else that receives or has received data from
us. If you no longer access Platform but have not deleted all data from us,
the term application will apply until you delete the data.
By “Trademarks” we mean ID-Tree, id-tree,
IDI Tree UG (haftungsbeschränkt), id-tree.com.

Germany, this Statement is an agreement between you and
IDI Tree UG (haftungsbeschränkt) Germany.
References to “us” “we” and “our” mean either ID-Tree or
IDI Tree UG (haftungsbeschränkt), as appropriate.
This Statement makes up the entire agreement between the parties
regarding ID-Tree, and supersedes any prior agreements.
If any portion of this Statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining
portion will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to enforce any of this Statement, it will not be considered a waiver.
Any amendment to or waiver of this Statement must be made in writing and
signed by us.
You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Statement to
anyone else without our consent.
All of our rights and obligations under this Statement are freely assignable
by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by
operation of law or otherwise.
Nothing in this Statement shall prevent us from complying with the law.
This Statement does not confer any third party beneficiary rights.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
You will comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing ID-Tree.
By using or accessing ID-Tree Services, you agree that we can collect
and use such content and information in accordance with our privacy
policy as amended from time to time. You may also want to review the
