EXTERNAL ENCLOSURE USER'S MANUAL
A. Driver Installation Guide
No Driver required in Windows ME / Windows 2000 / Windows XP
operating system.
For Windows98SE
(Make sure the external device is disconnected before the installation)
1. Please insert driver CD into CD-ROM.
2. Windows will automatically run the installation wizard, select "Driver
& Manual for External Enclosure (1.8" / 2.5" / 3.5" / 5.25"),
> "Driver for Win98/Win98 SE" on the menu.
The driver will be installed automatically.
Or you can double click the installation file "SETUP.EXE" in the following
directory:
CD-ROM \ External \ DX-U2 \
The steps of installation are shown as below:
1. Start installing, click "Next" to continue
2. Driver Installing
After driver installation is completed, please connect the 1.8" external case
to your computer, and in few seconds the new 1.8" external drive will be
recognized
in "my computer" window and ready to use.
C. Driver Installation Guide (FOR MAC)
Support only Mac OS 9.X and later version (PnP), no driver installation is
required.
