Introduction
How to use
The Forever Young Eye & Lip Massager is an ergonomically designed eye and lip
massager that’s comfortable, easy to use, and portable. Its gentle tip is strategically shaped
to target fine and delicate facial areas, such as periorbital lines, nasolabial folds, smile
lines, and lips. The micro-vibration technology massages while complementing the Crystal
Inspiration Eye Jewel’s active ingredients – the dual effect relaxing the skin while working
to diminish the appearance of puffiness. The massager’s pleasant heat caresses the most
expressive parts of the face, leaving skin looking radiant.
1. Cleanse your face and apply ZENSATION Crystal Inspiration Eye Jewel or lip gel to
the treatment area.
Functions:
Soothes the appearance of fine lines
2. Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to start the treatment.
3. For the periorbital area:
a) Gently press on the periorbital area. Hold for 5 seconds.
b) Slowly glide the massager in an upward motion for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat on the
other side.

4. For beneath the eyes:
a) Gently press on position 1. Hold for 5 seconds.
b) Gently press on position 2. Hold for 5 seconds.
c) Slowly glide the massager beneath the eye for 1 to 2 minutes with circular motion,
and repeat on the other side.

How to use
5. For nasolabial folds & smile lines:
a) Nasolabial folds: Slowly glide the massager with an upward circular motion for 30
seconds. Repeat on the other side.
b) Smile lines: Slowly glide the massager with an upward circular motion for 30
seconds. Repeat on the other side.

Frequency of use
Use for 1 to 2 minutes on each eye area and 10 seconds on the lip area every day.
Allow 24 hours between each treatment.
Note
The Forever Young Eye & Lip Massager will automatically turn off after approximately 4
minutes of use.
Product care and maintenance
Remove the battery cover at the bottom of the massager and insert 2 pieces of Alkaline
AAA batteries in the proper direction.
Clean the massager with a damp, soft, lint-free cloth and water or rubbing alcohol. Do
not immerse it in water at any time.
Warnings
6. For the lip area:
Slowly glide the massager across your lips for 10 seconds.
Do not:
Submerge the massager in water or any other liquid.
Apply on the base of your neck.
Use on children.
Use on infected or inflamed areas or skin eruptions, such as phlebitis, thrombophlebitis,
broken capillaries, varicose veins, etc.
Use if you are subject to seizures, have cancer or tumors, or if you have an implanted
cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, stimulator, or any other electrical device.
Consult your doctor before using Forever Young Eye & Lip Massager if you have any
medical concerns, such as a severe medical illness, epilepsy or seizures, or if you have
recently undergone facial surgery.
7. Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to conclude the treatment.

Forever Young Eye & Lip Massager should be used only on normal and intact skin.
Keep out of reach of children. For use by adults only.

Warranty
ZENSATION warrants that the Forever Young Eye & Lip Massager is free of defects in
materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is
valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below. Abnormal wear and tear, such
as submersion and dropping, are not covered by this warranty. This one (1) year warranty
applies to use by consumers only, and it is void if the product is used in a commercial or
institutional setting. It extends only to the original consumer who purchased it, and it is
not transferable. Proof of purchase must be produced to claim under this warranty. It is
void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or
repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.
This limited warranty is the only written or expressed warranty given by ZENSATION.

Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy available to the consumer under
this warranty. ZENSATION shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages for breach of this warranty, nor for any implied warranty on this product. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in
which case the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
Procedure for Warranty Repairs or Replacement
If warranty service is necessary, the original purchaser must contact ZENSATION for
warranty service instructions.

For your protection, you are advised to insure the device if you return it to ZENSATION.
Damage occurring during shipment is not covered by this warranty. Returns lacking
proper documentation and/or any shipping and handling charges will not be processed.
