What’s fixed
#627 – Social History: selecting Former Smoker for tobacco history now prompts for pack years/years
quit, and transfers the data properly to the Social History pane in Amazing Charts.
#622 – Link to installation instructions in the installer dialog returns a 404 error – The installation
instructions have now been incorporated into the manual.
#624 – ROS – “gynecological “was misspelled. It has been corrected.
#633 – Parentheses stripped out when transferring ROS and Exam data to the Amazing Charts. The
parentheses used to delimit comments for associated findings were not being transferred to Amazing
Charts, as well as being retrieved properly back into the ROS or Exam form. The parentheses are now
preserved and properly transferred.
#627 – Changing the tobacco history from a previously entered history has an intermittent issue where
the correct item Amazing Charts tobacco history dropdown may not be selected. The relevant data
however, such as packs per day and years smoked will be updated. This has been resolved.
Known Problems:
#588 – If you bring up the NoteSwift ROS Template form and then say Cancel, the Amazing Charts ROS
Template dialog is still displayed and must be manually dismissed. Related problems:

#639 – ROS and Exam – data left in the Finding and Details fields will not be transferred if you say Done.
The ROS and Exam forms only transfer data in the preview window. If there is finding / details data in
the form, you should first say Next to transfer it to the preview window
#640 – Diagnosis Form – if you get an Amazing Charts warning, for example you are entering a diagnosis
already in the problem list, NoteSwift will not dismiss the Diagnosis search window. You will have to
dismiss the window manually if this occurs.
#642 – Social History form – if you enter a list of Items (categories) into the preview without any
corresponding note, NoteSwift cannot correctly navigate the categories when you go back to add
findings. However, a list of categories which are installed from a Social History template can be
navigated properly. Dictating category / Note pairs also works and can be properly navigated by
NoteSwift.
