The Polish Interactive Whiteboard is the first on the market
solution using a wireless possibility of writing on a board, which
can be any flat surface. Remote-controlled communication works
wirelessly, without any cables.
The Polish Interactive Whiteboard is, in fact, an electronic pen
with which a user “writes” on a board, a screen or a wall, exactly
like, with chalk on a blackboard. The camera, attached to the
projector and paired with the computer follows the movements
of the pen and copies them on the computer’s screen. The device
is small and light.
The Polish Interactive Whiteboard allows to write “freely” on
a surface where the picture from the projector is displayed ,
irrespective of the contents (presentations, pictures or software).
The user can underline, mark, draw or paint on it. A simple
and readable picture menu, installed in the teacher’s computer
can be operated by any interactive whiteboard user.

Solution description
The Polish Interactive Whiteboard enables writing with
the electronic pen on any surface on which the picture from
the projector is displayed. It can be a whiteboard, a screen
or any wall. The camera, attached to the projector, follows
the movement of the electronic pen and sends information
to the computer via USB cable.
The software which operates the interactive whiteboard
enables the electronic pen to operate in a mouse mode.
Free presentation software offers many functions useful during
lessons or presentations: writing, marking, erasing, magnifying,
drag the curtain, ready to go backgrounds, screen storage and
much more. The software is fully transparent and enables
working with any application or PC desktop.
Operating the electronic pen is similar to operating a mouse
and works in an intuition way. Ergonomic shape and only one
button to press makes the pen a very user-friendly device
for every student, no matter the age.
The big advantage of the Polish Interactive Whiteboard
is the simplicity of calibration. In case of the installing interactive
whiteboard on the ceiling mounted projector, the calibration
is done only once, after the first installation of the PTI software
on the teacher’s computer. The Polish Interactive Whiteboard
is powered from the attached computer, with the USB cable.
No extra power supply is needed. The pen is charged
with the batteries.
