WELCOME Dear Customer, Welcome to Sytech! Thank you for purchasing the Electric Heater SY‐CL51. Please read this manual carefully before operating your product and pay close attention to the precautions which are mentioned below. Store this user manual in a safe place for future reference. We are sure that this new Electric Heater will satisfy your needs. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY 1. Read all instructions before using the electric heater. 2. Only connect the electric heater to a single‐phase socket with a main voltage as specified on the rating plate. 3. Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use: ensure that the switch is in OFF (0) position and the thermostat is places at the minimum position. Always unplug the appliance if it is not going to be in use. Do not pull the plug to unplug the unit. 4. Keep flammable material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc. At least 1m away from the electric heater. 5. Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in front and 50 cm behind the heater. 6. Do not locate the heater very near socket points. 7. Do not let animals or children touch or play with the electric heater. 8. WARNING! The air outlet gets hot during operation (more than 80ºC, or 175 ºF) Do not touch! 9. Do not cover the appliance. If covered, the risk of overheating exists. 10. Do not use this electric heater in the bathroom or in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. 11. Do not use the electric heater in the rooms with explosive gas or while using inflammable solvents, varnish or glue. 12. If the cord of this appliance is damaged discontinue the use of this product and contact Sytech Service Center for further assistance. 13. Keep the electric heater clean. Do not allow any objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, or fire or damage to the heater. 14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. OPERATION o Summer mode (ventilation only): turn the knob to setting
o Heating at reduced power: turn the knob to setting Ⅰ.
o Heating at full power: turn the Knob to setting Ⅱ.
o Switching off: turn the knob to setting ○.

REGULATING THE THERMOSTAT When the room has reached the required temperature turn the thermostat knob (where included) in an anti‐clockwise direction up to the point where the appliance switches off and not beyond. The temperature fixed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at a constant level by the thermostat. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE - Before cleaning always remove the plug from the electrical socket. - Clean the air inlet / outlet grills frequently. - Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
