INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Read this manual thoroughly before using and save it for future reference
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using the electrical appliance, the below basic safety precautions should be
followed:
1. Read all instructions carefully before operation
2. Before using, check that the voltage corresponds to the one shown on the rating label.
3. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or
has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or adjustment.
4. Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter, or on a hot surface.
5. The appliance is not intended for use by children or weak persons. This should be only
allowed under supervision.
6. Blades are sharp, so handle carefully.
7. Avoid contacting any moving parts.
8. Never immerse motor unit and jar in the water or other liquids.
9. The use of accessories (including jar and jar cover) not recommended or sold by manufacturer
may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
10. Unplug from the power outlet before removing parts.
11. Never operate the unit on a hot surface or near a gas stove
12. Do not contact hot parts of the unit, only touch handle or buttons.
13. Pour out the freshly cooked soup carefully to avoid risk of injury.
14. Unplug from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
15. Allow the appliance to cool down before assembling or disassembling parts and before
cleaning parts.
16. Do not operate the appliance without load.
17. Do not operate the appliance for other than intended use.
18. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under.
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
19. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
20. Do not use outdoors.

Blending knob
There are 4 function buttons
(1) On/Off (2) Smooth (3) Chunky (4) Simmer
(1) On/off Button : for Power Supply :A. After plugging in the power outlet, the indicator of On/off button will flash. Press the On/off
button, the indicator will turn to solid light, the appliance will enter into the standby mode.
B. If the On/off button is pressed on the stand by mode, the appliance will enter to the sleeping mode,
the indicator of On/off button will flash and any setting will be cancelled.
C. The indicator of On/off button will be go off if it is unplugged from the power outlet.
(2) Smooth Soup Button : It is used for making smooth soup :A. The Total capacity shall not exceed 1200ml ;
B. Press the On/off button first the appliance will enter standby mode.
C. Then press the Smooth button, the indicator of smooth button will be on and
the appliance will start to operate; the operating time is 16 minutes.
D. When the operation is finished the indicator light will go off and the appliance will start to beep.

(3) Chunky Soup button : It is used for making chunky soup :A. The total capacity should not exceed 1200ml.
B. Press the On/off button, the appliance will enter standby mode.
C. Then press the Chunky button, the indicator of Chunky button will get on an
the appliance will start to operate. The operating time is 20 minutes.
D. When the operation is finished, the indicator light will go off and the appliance will start to beep.
Note: This operation is heating and blending process.
(4) Simmer button : It is used for simmering soup : A. The total capacity should not exceed 1200ml.
B. Press the On/off button, the appliance will enter standby mode.
C. Then press the Simmer button, the indicator of Simmer button will get on and
the appliance will start to operate. The operation time is 25 minutes.
D. When the operation is finished the indicator light will go off and the appliance will start to beep.
Note: The operation is heating and blending process.
Blending knob:Turning clockwise the settings are (1) Pulse (2) Off (3) low speed (4) high speed
It is used for blending food separately.
A. The total capacity shall not exceed 1500ml, the proportion of water and food should be 3:2.
B. Press the On/off button first, the appliance will enter standby mode.
C. Turn the knob to the desired setting (it is better to blend at high speed)
the appliance will start to operate.
NOTE:When you operate the appliance by turning the knob, the function buttons will not work;
and when you operate the appliance by pressing any function button (smooth, chunky or
simmer), the blending knob can not be used.
OPERATION
Before using the first time
Immerse the blade assembly, jar cover, measuring cup in warm soapy water, rinse them and dry.
Never immerse motor unit or jar in water or other liquids for cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Caution : The blade is very sharp, handle carefully. Cover the blade with cloth while detaching or

attaching it, then loosen or lock the screw, Unplug the power outlet before assembling and taking off
any parts, or clearing, Never immerse the motor in the water or any other liquid for cleaning
Example - Vegetable Soup :Ingredients :2-3 Medium Size Tomatoes, 3 Carrots, 1 Onion, 50gm bean, 50gm cabbage, ginger garlic paste,
Salt & Pepper to taste
Operation setting : Smooth/Chunky
Step 1 : cut the cleaned Tomatoes, Carrots and onion into small cubes.
(1.5cmX1.5cmX1.5cm), then place all the ingredients into the jar; See the figure (fig.1)
Step 2: Add water to the Max level (1200ml); fig.2.

To achieve optimum result while preparing soup, fill the appliance with lukewarm water.

Step 3 : Replace the jar cover and measuring cup, place the jar into the motor base,
Then plug the power outlet, press the On/off button to enter to the standby state; then press the
Smooth button to start to operate. (you also can select another function button to operate, such as
Chunky or simmer); fig.3.

Step 4: after operating, the soup will be heated and blended smoothly or Chunky as chosen:
Step 5: if necessary, add seasoning and blend by turning the knob to low setting then pour out
and cool down for serving.

CAUTION:
1. After making, never serve it immediately to avoid burning as it is hot, you can
pour it into another container for cooling down, or open the jar cover and let it
cool down in the jar.
2. If the soup is cold and you want to reheat, you should use your microwave or cooktop for
reheating. Never use the appliance for reheating.
Cleaning And Maintenance:
It is recommended to clean the appliance after each use. Unplug from the power outlet and allow the
appliance to cool down before cleaning. No part can be placed in the dish washer for cleaning.
Do not immerse the motor unit & jar in water to avoid risk of electric shock or damage.
Method :1. Remove the jar from motor unit.
2. Pour out the remaining food from the jar.
3. Rinse all the detachable components like blade, blade base, jar cover & the measuring cup.
under running water. Clean the interior of jar with warm water and wipe the heating plate
with dry soft cloth, do not use rough or abrasive cloth or cleanser, other wise it will damage the
blade or non-stick coating on the heating plate.
Caution: Never immerse the motor unit or jar in water for cleaning
4. Clean jar cover with warm soapy water.
5. Wipe the outer surface of motor unit with soft damp cloth.
