4.2.3 Completion of the Wizard and Storage of Request
The final step of the Wizard on the Public Site provides the Consumer with a list of Complaint Handling Bodies (CHB) where the Request may be submitted.
The details of a CHB are accessible by clicking on the name of the specific Body.
The Consumer may select the recipient of his/her Complaint Request by clicking on the radio
button next to the name of the desired Complaint Handling Body and hit ‘Submit’ in order to
