This price list contains confidential and proprietary information of Respironics, Inc. Any unauthorized use, copying, storage, reproduction or
translation of this document in any form is strictly prohibited.
Respironics, Inc. may change the prices on this list at any time without notice.
Not all products available in all countries, please check with your local Respironics representative for availability.
Price shown are in US dollars.
PAYMENT AND CREDIT POLICY
Payment is to be made in U.S. Dollars. Payment terms shall be determined by Respironics on an individual basis. A 1.5% monthly finance
charge will be assessed on all invoices for which payment is overdue.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order amount is net US$500.00. A US$30.00 special handling charge will be added to orders not meeting this minimum.
SHIPPING TERMS
Pricing in this price list is based upon shipment of products Ex-works any Respironics manufacturing or distribution facility, and the point of
origin of any shipments will be determined solely by Respironics. Shipments will be made “FREIGHT CHARGES COLLECT” unless other
acceptable arrangements are made prior to shipment. Respironics will choose the method of shipment and carrier to be used.
RETURNED GOODS
Customer may return any product shipped due to a shipment error. Any other return will be in the sole discretion of Respironics and must be
approved in writing. In order to return products, the following guidelines must be followed:
• Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Respironics Customer Service Department before returning any product. Respironics order
number must be provided when requesting a RA number. Credit memos cannot be processed if this information is not provided.
• The RA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the boxes. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the customer’s
expense. All returns should be shipped freight prepaid.
• The issuance of credit for returned product is subject to inspection and approval of the product by Respironics personnel.
• In order to cover costs associated with processing returns, a 20% re-stocking fee will be imposed except for defective products. This fee will
be waived for returns resulting from a Respironics shipping or order entry error if the error is identified within 10 days of receipt.
• All returns must be made to Respironics, Murrysville, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Respironics will replace defective goods or issue a credit for other
returned goods
NON RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
Respironics cannot accept returns of the following products:
• Custom-ordered product (not listed on our published price list).
• Products invoiced more than six months from the date of request for return.
• Discontinued product (not listed on currently published price list or formally discontinued).
• Product not in its original, unopened package.
PRICES
Prices in the most recently published price list will be used for billing purposes. Price and terms are subject to change without notice. As shown
in the price list, prices depend upon point of origin. Respironics will charge the “Ex-Works Murrysville” price for all goods shipped from
Murrysville, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Respironics will determine in its sole discretion the point of origin of all shipments and will invoice at the
appropriate price. Prices do not include any taxes. Customer is required to pay for certain taxes for products.
FORCE MAJEURE
Respironics shall not be liable for delay in performance due to any cause beyond Respironics’ reasonable control.
WARRANTIES
The warranty for each Respironics product is that warranty in effect at the actual time of shipment from Respironics.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, LAW, COMMERCIAL USAGE OR
OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY
EXCLUDED.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Respironics is the sole owner of all trade names, trademarks, insignias and/or slogans owned or adopted by Respironics from time to time. In no
event shall Respironics be liable for lost profits, loss of good will or any indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, even if Respironics
has been advised of the possibility of the same.
MISCELLANEOUS
Respironics may, at its option, modify or discontinue any product or accessory, including, but not limited to, discontinuance for obsolescence,
substitution or sale of a product line. Customer’s purchase of products from Respironics shall be governed solely by these Terms and Conditions.
Any terms or conditions in Customer’s purchase order or other documents which differ from these Terms and Conditions are not binding on
Respironics unless accepted in writing by Respironics. Customer is hereby notified in advance of Respironics’ objection to any proposed
additional or different terms or conditions.
Respironics reserves the right to modify, from time to time, these Terms and Conditions; provided, however, that such modified Terms and
Conditions shall only apply to purchase orders received from Customer after the effective date of such modified Terms and Conditions.

REMstar Auto M Series with A-Flex
A-Flex technology utilizes our patented Digital
Auto-Trak Sensitivity to distinguish between
exhalation and inhalation. During exhalation,
A-Flex provides variable expiratory pressure relief
that is the same as our clinically proven C-Flex
technology. During inhalation, A-Flex also provides
inspiratory comfort that varies with the patient’s
pressure level. The result is a pressure pattern
that matches the patient’s entire breathing cycle.
Like C-Flex, there are three patient-selectable
A-Flex settings to make therapy more personal.
All this boils down to a more enjoyable and
effective therapy than the ordinary constant
pressure therapy.
