certificazione tipo DOP a simili
misure.
8. CONCLUSIONI
Con riferimento ai due obiettivi
generali fissati nell’ambito del
progetto
OSMATER,
il
superamento dei limiti della
caratterizzazione basata su test
distruttivi
e
l’identificazione
oggettiva dei differenti materiali
lapidei e della loro provenienza,
possiamo dire che essi sono stati
pienamente centrati.
E’
infatti
possibile
sostituire
efficacemente
la
caratterizzazione
distruttiva
mediante l’elaborazione, in molti
casi semplice, dei risultati di uno o
più TND. E ciò apre le porte ad un
FPC effettivo, Occorre sottolineare
che non solo i parametri delle
funzioni di correlazione, ma le
funzioni stesse e le variabili da
considerare, cambiano da prodotto
a prodotto, anche dello stesso
materiale.
Una marcatura d’origine
tipo DOP soddisfa praticamente
tutte le esigenze e gli obiettivi di
un marchio, a garanzia sia
dell’origine, sia della qualità del
prodotto, senza trascurarne la
sicurezza d’impiego. Si tratta di
aprire una nuova strada tecnicocommerciale, che il progetto ha
dimostrato essere “a portata di
mano” se, oltre alla volontà
politica dei produttori, si adottano
tecniche non distruttive per la
caratterizzazione dei prodotti
lapidei. I laboratori specializzati
devono perciò giocare un ruolo
essenziale.
8 CONCLUSION
With reference to the two
general objectives set out under
the
project
OSMATER,
overcoming
the
limits
of
characterization based on objective
tests destructive and identification
of the different stone materials and
their origins, we can say that they
have been fully focused.
It is possible effectively
replace
the
destructive
characterization
through
the
development, in many cases
simple, the results of one or more
TND. That opens the door to a
FPC effective, should be stressed
that not only the parameters of
correlation functions, but the same
functions
and
variables
to
consider, vary from product to
product even of the same material.
A marking PDO like meets
almost all the requirements and
objectives of a trademark, is a
guarantee of both the quality of the
product, without neglecting its safe
operation. It is to open a new road
technicaltrade, that the project has
proved to be "at hand" if, in
addition to political will of the
producers, take non-destructive
techniques for the characterization
of stone products. The specialized
laboratories must play an essential
role.
