FLIES, MOSQUITOES, FLYING MOTHS, GNATS AND WASPS: INDOORS: Close all doors and windows and direct spray upward into center of room with a slow sweeping motion. Spray 5-10 seconds for average room. Keep room closed for 15 minutes after spraying. Ventilate room thoroughly before re-entry. Sweep up and destroy fallen insects. OUTDOORS: Spray area infested with these flying insects. Hold container 18-24 inches from shrubs, bushes and grassy areas. Spray these areas with a slow sweeping motion at the rate of 1 to 3 seconds per cubic yard of space while moving away from the treated area. To reduce annoyance from these pests treat open porches and patios in a similar manner. Spray only when the air is still. Allow spray to dissipate before occupying the treated area. Repeat as necessary. COCKROACHES, ANTS, CRICKETS, SOWBUGS, CENTIPEDES, FIREBRATS, SPIDERS: Contact as many insects as possible with the spray in addition to thorough spraying of all parts of the room suspected of harboring these pests. Special attention should be paid to cracks, hidden surfaces under sinks, behind stoves and refrigerators, food storage areas and wherever these pests are suspected of hiding. TO KILL ANTS treat doors, around window frames, ant trails and other areas of entry. Repeat if necessary. EASTERN TENT CATERPILLARS, APHIDS, CANKERWORMS, LEAFHOPPERS, WHITEFLIES, LACE BUGS, SPIDER MITES, JAPANESE BEETLES, MEALYBUGS, ANTS, CATERPILLARS, BOX ELDER BUGS: When sprayed directly on insects, this spray will kill the listed insects on Ornamental Cherry, Spirea, Rose, Crape Myrtle, Ornamental Crabapple, Andromeda, Azalea, Chrysanthemum, Gardenia, Purple Passion Vine, Peony, Oleander and Arborvitae. WHEN SPRAYING, HOLD CAN 18-24 INCHES FROM PLANT. For best results, spray in the evening or on a cloudy day when air is still. Mist the plants lightly. Use a slow sweeping motion. Avoid wetting foliage with spray. Spray rows at the rate of 1 foot per second. For heavy growth, spray both sides of row. Repeat as needed. Do not spray when temperatures exceed 90˚F. Caution should be taken when spraying new tender growth on young plants. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL • Storage: Store in a cool place away from heat, direct sunlight, or open flame. Keep in original container and preferably in a locked storage area. Disposal: Do Not Puncture or Incinerate! If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-CLEANUP for disposal instructions. PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS • Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals • CAUTION: Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing vapor and spray mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Remove pets, birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Do not apply directly to or around food. Cover or remove any food utensils and food processing equipment during application. Do not apply while food processing is underway. After space spraying in areas where food is handled, wash all equipment, benches, shelving, etc. where exposed food will be handled with potable water. First Aid • If Swallowed: Immediately call Poison Control Center or doctor. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by Poison Control Center or doctor. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice. If in Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice. If Inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouthto-mouth if possible. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for further treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling a Poison Control Center or doctor, or going for treatment. Environmental Hazards • This pesticide is highly toxic to fish, birds and other wildlife. Do not apply directly to water. Drift and runoff from treated sites may be hazardous to fish and aquatic organisms in adjacent waters. Physical or Chemical Hazards • Contents under pressure. Do not use near heat or open flame. Cuando se los pulveriza directamente, el aerosol mata a los insectos indicados en las siguientes plantas: cerezo ornamental, espirea, rosal, especie de la familia de las Litráceas (Crape Myrtle), manzano silvestre ornamental, andrómeda, azalea, crisantemo, gardenia, pasiflora, peonía, adelfa y árbol de la vida. AL PULVERIZAR SOSTENGA LA LATA A UNA DISTANCIA DE 18 A 24 PULGADAS DE DISTANCIA DE LA PLANTA. Para obtener mejores resultados, pulverice al anochecer o en un día nublado en que no haya viento. Aplique la niebla superficialmente sobre las plantas. Realice un lento movimiento de barrido. Evite mojar el follaje con el aerosol. Pulverice las hileras a una velocidad de 1 pie por segundo. En una vegetación densa, pulverice ambos lados de la hilera. Repita cuando sea necesario. No pulverice cuando la temperatura supere los 90ºF. Se debe tener cuidado al pulverizar los brotes nuevos y tiernos en las plantas jóvenes. ALMACENAMIENTO Y ELIMINACIÓN • Almacenamiento: Almacene en un lugar fresco lejos del calor, la luz solar directa o el fuego. Conserve en el envase original y preferentemente en una zona de almacenamiento cerrada. Eliminación: Vuelva a colocar la tapa y deseche el envase en la basura. No perfore ni incinere. PRECAUCIONES • Peligroso para los seres humanos y los animales domésticos • PRECAUCIÓN: Nocivo si se inhala o se absorbe a través de la piel. Evite inhalar el vapor y la niebla del aerosol. Evite el contacto con la piel y los ojos. Antes de pulverizar retire las mascotas y las aves, y cubra las peceras. No aplique directamente a los alimentos o cerca de éstos. Cubra o retire todos los utensilios y equipos para procesar alimentos durante la aplicación. No lleve a cabo la aplicación mientras se están preparando alimentos. Después de pulverizar áreas donde se manipulan alimentos, lave todo el equipo, mesas de trabajo, estanterías, etc. donde los alimentos expuestos se manipularán con agua potable. Primeros auxilios • Si se ingiere: Llame inmediatamente a un médico o a un centro de toxicología. Beba 1 ó 2 vasos de agua e induzca el vómito tocando la parte posterior de la garganta con el dedo. Repita hasta que el vómito sea claro. Nunca induzca el vómito ni administre nada por boca a una persona que haya perdido el conocimiento. En caso de contacto con la piel: Lave la ropa contaminada y las áreas afectadas con abundante agua y jabón. En caso de contacto con los ojos: Enjuague los ojos con abundante agua. Si la irritación persiste consulte a un médico. Si se inhala: Saque a la víctima al aire fresco. Aplique respiración artificial si está indicada. Riesgos para el medio ambiente • Este pesticida es sumamente tóxico para peces, aves y otras especies silvestres. No aplique directamente sobre el agua. El arrastre y el escurrimiento de los sitios tratados pueden resultar peligrosos para los peces y organismos acuáticos en las aguas cercanas. Riesgos físicos y químicos • Contenido bajo presión.
