PLAFONNIER HIGHLIGHT XL GREEN VIA
Consignes de sécurité, avertissements.
Avant de commencer à faire fonctionner votre luminaire LED, assurez-vous qu’il n’a pas été
endommagé pendant le transport.
Avant de commencer l’installation ou l’entretien, veuillez couper l’alimentation à partir du tableau
électrique.
Ne rétablissez jamais l’alimentation avant que tous les composants ne soient correctement installés.
Ce luminaire doit uniquement être installé par un professionnel qualifié.
Afin d’éviter les risques d’étouffement ne laissez pas les emballages à la portée des enfants ou des
animaux domestiques.
Ne pas enlever la plaque signalétique.
Toujours s’assurer que la tension d’entrée (indiquée sur l’étiquette du transformateur) correspond à
votre circuit d’alimentation.
Les réparations doivent être effectuées par des spécialistes.
Ne jamais réparer les pièces défectueuses soi-même.
Ne pas apporter de modifications électriques ou mécaniques sur le luminaire.
Ne pas exercer de pression sur le luminaire sous risque de déformer et d’endommager le déflecteur.
Le plafonnier peut être installé de diverses manières. Veuillez d’une part vous assurer de la qualité
des composants utilsés (visseries, chainette, filin métallique, etc...) d’autre part vérifier que
l‘ensemble des pièces utilisés sont correctement vissés et installés.
Respecter les plages de température et de tension de fonctionnement indiquées.
Raccorder le luminaire au secteur en veillant à bien respecter les couleurs des fils électriques
(Marron : PHASE, Bleu : NEUTRE, Jaune et vert : TERRE.).

Tous les produits LED GREEN VIA sont garantis contre tout vice de fabrication pendant
une période de trois ans à partir de la date initiale d’achat.
Tous les produits LED GREEN VIA des gammes de PLAFONNIERS HIGHLIGHT COMPACT
certifiés TÜV, de PLAFONNIERS HIGHLIGHT XL, de TUBES certifiés TÜV, de PANNEAUX SMART
LIGHT BLANC, de PROJECTEURS INDUSTRIELS UFO sont garantis contre tout vice de fabrication
pendant une période de cinq ans à partir de la date initiale d’achat.
Dans la mesure où l’examen effectué par un technicien GREEN VIA confirme la défectuosité de l’appareil, la responsabilité de GREEN VIA en vertu de la présente garantie se limite :
-
pendant la durée de garantie, à échanger gratuitement l’appareil par un appareil neuf de
même type et de qualité équivalente. Les frais de transport aller-retour en tarif messagerie restent à
la charge de GREEN VIA (FRANCE métropolitaine uniquement).
-
dans le cas où l’appareil défaillant a été remplacé par un appareil neuf, la garantie continuera
à s’appliquer comme s’il s’agissait de l’appareil initial ; la date de début de garantie reste celle de la
date d’achat de l’appareil défaillant remplacé.
La présente garantie sera nulle si :

l’appareil a été réparé ou modifié par des personnes ou sociétés non autorisées.
-
l’appareil a fait l’objet d’un usage abusif, ou s’il a été utilisé de manière non conforme au
mode d’emploi ou aux conditions d’emploi exprès ou implicites (tension et intensité nominales par
exemple).
GREEN VIA ne pourra pas être tenu responsable de tout inconvénient, de tout frais ou dommage
résultants de l’utilisation d’appareils vendus par GREEN VIA.
