5. Limitation of Liability
A boresco e inspection is intended to provide a representative sample of the engine condition.
While ever. attempt will be made to identify all items considered be abnormal, items may be
missed th~t could cause future damage. In no event shall MTU-BB be liable for compensatory,
consequeitial, incidental, special, punitive or other damages whether the claim for damages
is based ol contract, tort, or otherwise. MTU-BB limits its liability to the value of this contract.
