ASSEMBLY
When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List.
The chipper comes with the engine preassembled and attached to the chipper body. The body will require some
assembly before it is ready for use.
1. Additional tools required for assembly.
a. A second wrench for both nut sizes (adjustable or open-end). A ratchet set can substitute
for one wrench.
b. Supports to hold the chipper body off the ground by 12 inches.
c. Phillips screwdriver.
2. Optional equipment.
a. Knee pads or kneeling pad.
b. Fuel/Oil funnel
3. An additional person helping with the assembly is recommended.
