USER MANUAL Problem Possible cause ENGLISH Remedy WHEELS The rear wheels are noisy The wheel bearings are worn Replace The drive pedal is faulty Replace The by-pass is open Check the by-pass screw tightening The drive system pump power decreases Check the hydraulic system oil pressure on the drive system pump The drive system motors are worn Replace The drive system pump deactivation screw for machine pushing/towing is unscrewed Deactivate There are oil leaks from the hydraulic system Repair The drive system pump is broken Replace The drive system motor is broken Replace The drive pedal is misadjusted Adjust The valve or the hot water feed hoses are broken Replace There are water leaks from the heater Replace The switch is off Turn on The main fuse is open Replace The compressor does not turn because the drive belt is loosen/broken Adjust the tension/replace the belt The thermostat is not turned on Turn on DRIVE POWER The machine drive power is reduced The machine has no drive power DRIVE PEDAL The machine moves even if the drive pedal is released CAB HEATING There is no hot air CAB CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM There is no fresh air There are gas leaks from the system Repair the leak and integrate the gas The expansion valve is faulty Replace The switch is off Turn on The main fuse is open Replace There is an open in the gas pressure switch Replace The relay is burned Replace The drive pedal is pressed Do not press the drive pedal when starting the engine.
