Ensure you plug the phone cable
from the wall into the back of the
modem.

complete the following steps:

Ensure you have plugged the
power adapter into the Modem’s
Power port. Plug the other end
into a powerpoint. Power on the
Modem.

are not solid ensure the cables
are securely connected.
