Double click on the downloaded program and the Malwarebytes’ welcome screen will appear.
Click on NEXT.
Accept the license agreement. Press NEXT.
Accept the important information. Press
NEXT.
Accept the Destintion location. Press NEXT.
Accept the start menu folder. Press NEXT.
Accept the default of additional tasks.
Press NEXT.
Ready to install. Press INSTALL.
Deselect the update option and have
selected the launch option. Press FINISH.
To run the program , double click on the Malwarebytes icon and the program interface will
appear.
Select the CHECK FOR UPDATES tab.
When the updates are completed a
message will appear letting you know it
will be installing the latest version. Press
OK.
When it is completed it will let you know.
Press OK
Next, select the SCANNER tab.
Select the PERFORM FULL SCAN then
press the SCAN button.
Choose the drive you would like to scan (Drive
“C” is all you need checked).
When the scan is completed click on the SHOW RESULTS button
The program will list all the files it found
infected. Select Remove Selected.

When completed malwarebytes
creates a log file.
The program will then notify that it is
complete. You can now close the
program.
