What’s new in version 02/14?
There are 2 addional buttons on the MM frontpage and a digital Note Book on serveral
MM pages:
1. Deck & Safety: Maintenance jobs for Deck and Safety equipment to be filled out
monthly by the Master and Officers
2. Engine Operation Values: daily operation vales and maintenance on critical
equipment to be filled out monthly by the Chief Engineer
3. Note Books: You can use this Note Books for any kind of notices regarding
maintenance, repairs, observations, investigations or similar.

In the page „Monthly Shipboard Management, Deck & Safety Maintenance“ you must
confirm by a „X“ the done of the required maintenance job. If a service on one of the listed
equipment is required please mark with “O”

In the page „Engine Operation Value“ you must fill daily the operation values like Exhaust
temperature, Luboil pressure, Coolingwater pressure and similar as requested on this page
into the yellow cells. In addition you can write internal notes into the small yellow Notebook.
A double click on the Note Book opens a text frame.

Maintenance Note Books:
On most of the MM pages you will find a digital Note Book attached.
You can use this Note Books for any kind of notices regarding maintenance, repairs,
observations, investigations or similar.
With a double click on the yellow Note Book a Text Frame is open and you can insert
and edit a text.
Safe the complete MM page after each Note Book entry.
