Assembly Instructions Lavenham Mini Chandelier # CLVH0373 WARNING: BE SURE TO SHUT OFF POWER AT THE MAIN FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS FIXTURE. NOTE: 1. Before installing, consult local electrical codes for wiring and grounding requirements. 2. READ AND SAVE THIS INSTRUCTION. 1. Attach two screws to the mounting strap, then Outlet Box secure them with two lock nuts. Adjust the length House Grounding Wire of the screws if necessary. Wire Nut 2. Attach the mounting strap to the outlet box by Screw using two mounting screws. Mounting Strap Green Grounding Screw 3. Pull out the outlet wires and house grounding wire Mounting Screw from the outlet box. Make wire connections Fixture Grounding Wire using the wire nuts: Lock Nut Fixture Wire ---Connect the black wire from the Canopy fixture to the black wire from the Bolt Nut power source. Crystal Drop Fixture Bulb Type B Max.60W ---Connect the white wire from the (not included) fixture to the white wire from the Coupling power source. Hex Nut ---Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting strap with the green grounding screw. Then connect it to the house grounding wire with a wire nut. Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box. 4. Attach the canopy to the mounting strap by inseting the screws, then Decorative Holder secure it with the bolt nuts. Nipple 5. Screw the nipple into the coupling, Crystal Drop Leaf secure it with a hex nut. 6. Attach the decorative holder and leaf onto Hex Nut the fixture by slipping through the nipple, Finial then secure them with a hex nut and finial. 7. Install bulbs (not included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum allowed wattage. 8. Install crystal drops as shown in diagram. Note: To replace broken crystal drops -Open the pins to remove the crystal drops, hook the new crystal drops, and then close back pins. Avoid bending the pins into sharp angle. 9. Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker box.
