OK-5119S ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 1. INDOOR USE ONLY 2.REPLACE THE BULB AFTER THE BULB GETS COOL Assembly steps: Step 1. choose the desired location on the wall. Step 2. Push the threaded tube(A) over the outside of socket(B) and secure with screw(C). Step 3. Push the threaded tube(D) over the inside of socket(B) into socket(E). Step 4. Put socket(F) into the threaded tube(A) and secure withcopper-bead(G). After completed the above instruction, please check once more to ensure its safety. Then you may turn the power on. If the external cable or cord is damaged, it shall be replaced by the qualified person to avoid hazard.
