ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Unpack the lamp carefully and inspect all parts.
2. Place the shade on the arms. Level the shade to its
horizontal position.
3. Insert 40Watt bulb into the socket.
Uses (1) maximum 40Watt Type “G” Bulb or
(1) 5Watt, candelabra base, CFL Bulb (Bulb not included)
Note: Not all CFL bulbs are the same in length.
Make sure your bulb length is compatible with
the height of the shade. (3 inches or less – total length)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

1. Desembale la lámpara con cuidado y compruebe todas las partes.
2. Coloque la sombra en los brazos.
Nivel de la sombra a su posición horizontal.
3. Inserte la bombilla 40watt en el zócalo.
Usar (1) Tipo máximo 40watt "G" o la bombilla
(1) 5watt, base de candelabro, lámpara CFL
(lámpara no incluida)
Nota: No todas las bombillas CFL son iguales en longitud.
Asegúrese de que su duración de la bombilla es compatible con
la altura de la sombra. (3 pulgadas o menos - la longitud total)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
