ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL
PACKAGING TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Pull cord through base to tighten arm connections.
3. Screw handle (B) into the swivel joint (C).
4. Screw arm (D) into swivel joint (C).
5. Place shade (G) over socket (E) and screw socket
ring (F) securing the shade in place.
6. Insert bulb into the bulb socket.
Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb
Or (1) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives

ORIGINAL PARA REDUCIR DAÑOS MINIMO.
1. Ponga la base (A) en una superficie plana.
2. Jale la cuerda a través de la base para apretar la
conexiones de los brazos.
3. Atornille brazo (B) en la junta giratoria (C).
4. Atornille brazo (D) en la junta giratoria (C).
5. Coloque la pantalla (G) sobre el zócalo (E) y
atornille el anillo de enchufe (F) asegurando la
pantalla en su lugar.
6. Inserte bulb en el zócalo.
Usar máximo (1) 60 vatios, tipo “A” Bulbo
O máximo (1) bombilla CFL de base estándar de 13 vatios
(Bulbo no incluido)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
