OPERATING YOUR IONIC PRO® MINI IONIC AIR PURIFIER:
Prior to Use

closed and the door is
securely attached.
Use
1. Simply plug into a standard wall outlet (120v AC 60Hz).
NOTE: Your lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier should NEVER
be used with extension cords.
2. The lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier should immediately illuminate,
and a gentle air flow should be detected.
CLEANING
Recommended cleaning of the collection blades is after every four
to five days of use.
Collection Blades

3. Detach the collection blades.
4. Use mild soap and water to clean
the collection blades, then
rinse and dry with a paper towel.
5. DO NOT INSTALL COLLECTION BLADES
FOR 24 HOURS OR UNTIL COMPLETELY
DRY. MAKE SURE THE UNIT 1S UNPLUGGED
BEFORE INSTALLING BLADES.

NOTE:
Exposing your lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier to candles,
oil lamps, fireplace soot, smoke or extremely dusty locations
is not recommended and will require the collection blades to be
cleaned after every exposure.

for dust, lint, and residue. Repeat as required. Return the wire
cleaning slide bar to the “parked” position.

Ensure that the front
cover latch on the
backside is closed
and the door is
securely latched.
HELPFUL TIPS:
Remember to clean your lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier every week
and anytime you hear your unit begin to make excessive noise.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
e Use only as described in this lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier leaflet.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not attempt to service the
product in any way other than in the manner described in the
Cleaning and Maintenance section of this leaflet.
Do not unscrew and open casing of the lonic Pro® Mini ionic air
purifier. Attempting to the access internal circuitry will void the
warranty and could cause serious personal injury to the user
and/or result in considerable damage to the unit.
* Do not place the lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier’s cord near a heated
surface.
e Always remove the unit from its power outlet by firmly holding and
pulling gently.
¢ Use care when operating the lonic Pro® Mini ionic air purifier by
keeping all fingers, body parts, hair, loose clothing and jewelry away
from openings.
* Do not touch the internal collection blades or ionizing wires, or any
part of the unit with your fingers or with any object capable of
conducting electricity.
* Do not touch the unit or its plug when your hands are wet.
® Do not operate the unit if flammable or combustible vapors are present.
The collection blades should be inspected frequently and cleaned
regularly to prevent excessive accumulation that may result in an
electrical flashover or a risk of fire.
Always unplug the unit from outlet before cleaning the collection blades.
This is an electrical appliance. Adult supervision is required
when operating the unit in the presence of children.
Do not operate the unit if the plug is damaged or appears
damaged. Only qualified service personnel should ever replace
or attempt to replace a damaged electrical plug.
NEVER use this unit with an extension cord. Unit is designed for
wall outlet use ONLY
* The lonic Pro? Mini lonic Air Purifier operates at 120v AC 60Hz.
e Use only indoors.
e To reduce the risk of electric shock, this equipment has a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact qualified personnel to install the
proper outlet. Do not alter the plug in any way.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Noise
The unit may need to be cleaned more often if excessive hissing or
“static” sounds are heard. Static may be caused by moisture. Some
static or hissing sounds are normal.
Wall Outlet
If unit does not hold firmly to wall outlet, your electrical outlet may
need servicing. Consult with a qualified electrician for assistance.
Night Light
If the night light does not illuminate, check power to the wall outlet.
If power is okay, then internal protection fuse (non-replaceable) has
blown and night light will not illuminate. Contact customer service
for further assistance.
