(Examples include 3V and 4.5V) (You may find the required voltage beside the device DC jack.) 2 Locate the DC input on the device (sometimes labeled DC in) and select the plug that best fits the jack. 3 Determine the polarity required to power the device and insert the plug into the cable receptacle as follows: If your device shows a positive polarity symbol on the product, then insert the plug like this: Note the positive (+) symbol on the plug. Note the word “TIP” is visible. QUICK SETUP GUIDE 4 Connect the adapter to an AC power outlet and operate the device according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cautions • Unplug the adapter before selecting a new DC output voltage.
