Compact design, dynamic sound: CC 201 Anniversary Edition ELAC designed the centre speaker CC 201 A for discerning hi-fi listeners who want to combine quality, marvellous sound experience and perfect ambience. The aim was to develop a speaker in elegant high gloss design that offers outstanding clarity. The CC 201 A delivers very low frequencies and punchy bass making it the perfect acoustic partner for ELAC’s popular 200 A series floorstanding speakers. Due to its new ribbon geometry and revised inner damping the JET III tweeter exhibits a perfectly linear frequency response all the way to 50kHz!. • ELAC’s proprietary high-performance 115 mm aluminium sandwich woofer with broad rubber surround and perfectly tensioned diaphragm offers optimum large signal performance resulting in outstanding bass performance, • All drivers are magnetically shielded to enable use near a television screen without electrical interference. • The high-quality connection terminals use transparently sheathed gold-plated brass bushings and feature inclined binding posts for easy access. Large cable diameters of up to 16mm can be accommodated as well as high-quality spade connectors (e.g. WBT products).
