Wear the Jabra Stone3 on the right ear and enjoy
the comfort.

Choose between four ergo-designed eargels for
optimal fit and comfort.

4. how to charge the
battery

Place the headset in the charger and connect
either the AC power or USB cable to charge both
the charger and the headset.

5. how to connect
5.1 turning on/off the headset
ON: Push the headset out of the charger by
pressing on the backside.
OFF: Insert the headset into the charger.
5.2CONNECT with a bluetooth device
(FIRST TIME PAIRING)
1.Take the headset out of the charger. The
headset will automatically start up in pairing
mode.
2.Follow the voice-guided pairing instructions to
pair to your Bluetooth device.

5.3CONNECT with a bluetooth device
(SECOND TIME PAIRING OR RE-PAIRING)
1.Take the headset out of the charger and turn off
the headset.
2.Wear the headset and press and hold (5 secs)
the Answer/end button until you hear the
pairing instructions.
3.Follow the voice-guided pairing instructions to
pair to your Bluetooth device.

5.4CONNECT with an nfc-enabled
DEVICE
1.Ensure that NFC is enabled on your mobile
device.
2.Take the headset out of the charger and turn off
the headset.
3.Wear the headset, and press and hold (5 secs)
the Answer/end button until you hear the
pairing instructions.
4.Hold the NFC device against the NFC zone of the
charger (not the headset). Confirm the
connection on your mobile device.

7. update firmware
Firmware updates improve performance or add
new functionality to Jabra devices.
How to update the firmware
1.Download the latest firmware to your PC from
the www.jabra.com/stone3 support page.
2.Take the headset out of the charger, and turn off
the headset.
3.Connect the charger to your PC using the
supplied micro-USB cable.
4.Press and hold (10 secs) the Answer/end button
on the headset until the Bluetooth indicator
turns yellow, and then release the button.
5.Insert the headset into the charger.
6.Run the firmware updater on your PC, and follow
the instructions to update your headset.

Q Why do I hear crackling noises?
A Bluetooth is a radio technology that is sensitive to
objects between the headset and the connected
device. Ensure the headset and the connected device
are within range (up to 10 meters or 33 feet).
Q What is the range of the headset?
A The Jabra Stone3 supports the following maximum
ranges: 10m/33ft.
Q Why do I not hear anything?
A You might need to increase the speaker volume, or
ensure that the headset is connected to a device.
QI am having Bluetooth connection problems
A Check your mobile device’s Bluetooth menu and
delete/forget the headset. Re-connect the headset to
your Bluetooth device following the Bluetooth
connection instructions.

8.2How to care for your headset
ƒƒ Always store the headset with the power off
and safely protected.
ƒƒ Avoid storage at extreme temperatures (above
45°C/113°F or below -20°C/-4°F). This can
shorten battery life and may affect headset
operation.
ƒƒ Do not expose the headset to rain or other
liquids.
