1. Open the App Store on your iPad® (not included).
2. Download any iCade-compatible app. iCade CORE works with all iCade-compatible
games listed at: www.ionaudio.com/icadegames.
3. Tap 'Install' or 'Install App'.

INSTALACIÓN INICIAL
MISE EN SERVICE
1. Encienda el iPad. En el iPad, vaya Settings (Ajustes) > General (General) > Bluetooth.
2. Deslice el cursor de Bluetooth a "On" si no está ya configurado.
3. Mantenga pulsados los 4 botones inferiores y el botón blanco superior (6, 8, 0 y
ambos botones Enter) simultáneamente por 4 segundos y luego suéltelos.
4. En el iPad, aparece "ION iCade CORE Game Controller" como dispositivo Bluetooth
(no apareado). Tóquelo para seleccionarlo.
5. El iPad muestra un código de clave. Consulte la correlación (mapeo) de controles del
iCade CORE (en la parte superior de esta hoja de instrucciones) y use los controles
para ingresar el código de contraseña. Cuando termine, pulse uno de los botones
blancos del iCade CORE.
6. El iPad muestra iCade CORE como "Connected" (Conectado).
7. Coloque el iPad en la base del iCade CORE, baje uno de los centenares de juegos
compatibles y ¡disfrute su ION iCade CORE!
1. Mettez le iPad sous tension. Sur le iPad, cliquez sur Réglages > Général > Bluetooth.
2. Activez la fonction Bluetooth, si elle ne l’est pas déjà.
3. Maintenez les 4 boutons du bas et le bouton blanc du haut (6, 8, 0 et les deux
boutons Enter) enfoncés simultanément pendant 4 secondes, puis relâchez.
4. Sur votre iPad, « ION iCade CORE Game Controller » devrait s’afficher comme
appareil Bluetooth (non jumelé). Cliquez dessus afin de le sélectionner.
5. Votre iPad affichera un mot de passe. Veuillez consulter l’assignation des boutons du
iCade CORE (dans le haut de la feuille d’instructions) et utilisez les boutons afin d’entrer
le mot de passe. Lorsque vous avez terminé, appuyez sur l’un des boutons blancs du
iCade CORE.
6. Le iPad devrait afficher le iCade CORE comme « Branché ».
7. Placez le iPad dans la station d’accueil pour iCade CORE, puis téléchargez une des
centaines de jeux compatibles et profitez de votre ION iCade CORE!

Notas:
• El iCade CORE no tiene interruptor de encendido. Se enciende cada vez que usted

• Evite guardar la unidad en lugares de alta temperatura con las pilas instaladas.

• Après une période d’inactivité, le iCade CORE passe en mode veille. Afin de l'utiliser,
touchez à l’une de ses commandes. L’iCade et votre iPad se rallumeront de nouveau.
• Une fois que le iCade CORE est jumelé à votre iPad comme appareil Bluetooth, vous
pouvez retirer le iPad, l'utiliser dans un autre autre endroit, le fermer, etc. La prochaine
fois que vous désirerez l’utiliser avec le même iPad, ils seront automatiquement jumelés
lorsqu’ils seront près l’un de l’autre.
• Pour utiliser le iCade CORE avec un autre iPad, ou pour rétablir manuellement une
connexion Bluetooth désactivée, répétez les étapes de MISE EN SERVICE.
• Évitez de ranger l’appareil à de hautes températures avec les piles encore insérées.
INITIAL SETUP
1. Turn on iPad. On iPad go to Settings > General > Bluetooth®.
2. Slide the Bluetooth slider to "On" if it is not already set.
3. Hold down the bottom 4 buttons and the top white button (6, 8, 0, and both Enter
buttons) simultaneously for 4 seconds then release them.
4. On iPad, "ION iCade CORE Game Controller" will appear as a Bluetooth device (not
paired). Tap to select it.
5. iPad will display a passcode. Refer to the iCade CORE control mapping (at the top of
this instruction sheet), and use the controls to enter the passcode. When finished, press
one of iCade CORE’s white buttons.
6. iPad will show iCade CORE as "Connected."
7. Place iPad in iCade CORE cradle, download one of the hundreds of compatible games
and enjoy your ION iCade CORE!
GAME ON!
1. Launch the previously installed iCade CORE-compatible app.
2. Start gaming, with the awesome iCade CORE!
Notes:
• iCade CORE has no power switch. It is powered on anytime you are moving its controls.
• After a period of inactivity, iCade CORE will enter "power saver" mode. To wake it up,
simply move any of its controls. Both iCade and iPad will turn on again.
• After iCade CORE is connected to iPad as a Bluetooth device, you can remove iPad,
move it to another location, turn it off, etc. Next time you want to use iCade with the
same iPad, they will automatically pair when they are within range of each other.
• To use iCade CORE with a different iPad – or to re-establish a manually deactivated
Bluetooth connection – repeat the INITIAL SETUP steps.
• Avoid storing the unit in high temperature with the batteries installed.

1. Accendere l'iPad. Sull'iPad recarsi su Impostazioni > Generale > Bluetooth.
2. Far scorrere il cursore Bluetooth su "On" se non è già configurato
3. Tenere premuti i 4 tasti inferiori e il tasto bianco superiore (6, 8, 0, ed entrambi i tasti
Invio) contemporaneamente per 4 secondi, quindi rilasciare la pressione.
4. Sull'iPad, "ION iCade CORE Game Controller" compare come dispositivo Bluetooth
(non accoppiato). Battere per selezionarlo.
5. L'iPad mostrerà a display un codice. Fare riferimento alla mappatura di controllo
dell'iCade CORE (in cima a questo libretto di istruzioni) e servirsi dei comandi per
inserire la password. Una volta terminato, premere uno dei tasti bianchi dell'iCade
CORE.
6. L'iPad mostrerà l'iCade CORE come "Collegato."
7. Collocare l'iPad nella cradle dell'iCade CORE, scaricare uno delle centinaia di giochi
compatibili e buon divertimento con l'iCade CORE di ION!

ERSTINSTALLATION
1. Zet de iPad aan. Ga op de iPad naar Instellingen > Algemeen > Bluetooth.
2. Schuif de Bluetooth-schuifbalk naar "Aan" als dat nog niet het geval is.
3. Druk de onderste 4 knoppen en de bovenste witte knop (6, 8, 0 en beide Entertoetsen) gedurende 4 seconden tegelijkertijd in en laat ze daarna los.
4. Op de iPad verschijnt "ION iCade CORE Game Controller" als een Bluetooth-apparaat
(niet gekoppeld). Tik erop om het te selecteren.
5. De iPad geeft een toegangscode. Raadpleeg de plaatsing van de bedieningsknoppen
van de iCade CORE (bovenaan dit blad met instructies) en gebruik de
bedieningsknoppen om de toegangscode in te voeren. Druk wanneer u klaar bent op
één van de witte knoppen van de iCade CORE.
6. Op de iPad verschijnt de iCade CORE als "Aangesloten".
7. Plaats de iPad in de houder van de iCade CORE, download één van de honderden
compatibele spelen en geniet van uw ION iCade CORE!

Note:
• L'iCade CORE non ha alcun interruttore di alimentazione. Si accende ogni volta che si

Opmerkingen:
• De iCade CORE heeft geen aan/uitschakelaar. Hij wordt ingeschakeld van zodra u de
