immediately of any damage, defect or shortage, (within 72 hours). For a damaged/defective item you will be given return
instructions. Once we have received the damaged/defective item back from you we will immediately ship to you a new unit.
It is important that you hold all packaging materials for UPS inspection, which may be required.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days*. Prior to returning the
item you MUST contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Sorry but no returns can be accepted after 30
days from ship date. All returns must be returned to us via a traceable form of shipping (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) in new, resalable condition-containing (in New condition) all of the manufacturers' original packaging, accessories, warranties, instruction
manuals, etc. As a precaution you may want to purchase shipping insurance - because we cannot be held responsible and
will not be liable for damages incurred during the return of a shipment. Contact your shipper ( UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) to find out
how to properly protect the package being returned. You will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges
for any returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return shipping expenses
or charges that might be incurred.
Order Refusal: For any order that is refused by the recipient and is returned to MaxiAids - the purchaser will be charged the
shipping fee plus any fees associated with the returned package in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
Misdelivered/Redirected Packages: Purchaser is responsible for all associated fees that occur due to mistakes or changes
given by the purchaser.
