How to enter Fax mode
One-Touch Dialling
Before sending faxes or changing fax send or
Press the One-Touch key of the location you
want to call. (See Storing One-Touch
numbers on page 5-1.)
receiving settings, make sure
(Fax) is
illuminated in green. If it is not, press
(Fax) to enter Fax mode. The default setting
is Fax mode.
Note
■ FAX-2820 and FAX-2920 only:
To dial One-Touch numbers 11 to 20, hold
down Shift as you press the One-Touch
key.
■ Shift is not available for MFC-7220 and
MFC-7225N.

Press all of the digits of the phone or fax
number.
