RESIDENTIAL TOILET REBATE INFORMATION Is it time to replace your old, water-guzzling toilets? If your toilet was installed prior to 1994, it is using 3.5 gallons per flush (gpf) or more and your home may qualify for a rebate. WaterSense Toilet Purchased 1.28 gpf dual flush average of 1.1 gpf or less Your Rebate Per Toilet Up to $25 Up to $25 Up to $150 Program Requirements: Only Aurora Water customers in good standing (account with a zero balance) may apply Rebates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis New toilets must replace toilets older than 1994 that flush at least 3.5 gpf New toilets must use 1.28 gpf or less and have the EPA WaterSense logo on the packaging. EPA’s WaterSense program lists all of the toilets eligible for a rebate. Limit of two toilets per residence Installations must be completed prior to applying Applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase An inspection may be required to verify the replacement of your toilet(s) Don’t Forget to Include in Your Application: A scanned copy of your paid itemized receipt that clearly shows the date of purchase, the toilet make and model and the cost of the toilet; if the make and model is not clear, also include a photo of the box or user’s manual Your Aurora Water account number or the name of your Homeowner’s Association (not the management company) Rebate Application Important Details: Maximum of two toilets rebated per residence Rebate will not exceed the cost of the toilet For single family residences, rebates are applied to your Aurora Water account For multifamily or HOA residences, a rebate check will be sent directly to you Call Viviana Zavala 303-326-8879 or email [email protected] with any questions regarding the online application or the rebate program.
