Retrieval of individual drafting sheets and re-filing made easy with MasterFile4 Vertical Plan File’s
unique mechanism. Each of the four sections opens with a push button ease to enable any single
drawing to be extracted with minimum of fuss. When re-filing is required, the drawing can be
returned to its original position just as efficiently. For pushing of heavy weights is eliminated, only
the mechanism in the top of the cabinet moves. The MasterFile4 Vertical Plan File reduces space

Ultima-File is the high-density filing system that provides ultimate protection for large format
documents. The system is fire-resistant- with insulated double steel walls and water-resistant- with
a protruding apron that protects against water damage. Each file is equipped with a lock (2 keys
included) to prevent unauthorized access. The Ultima-File features a unique spring compression
system. Each file contains 15 spring compression pockets loaded with four heavy-duty redrope
portfolios each. Gentle spring pressure keeps the folders upright and the documents flat without
slipping and wrinkling. Each file can store 3000 three-mil documents for active filing or 6,000 for
archival filing using only a minimum of floor space. Filing and retrieval is easy, quick and
convenient with the Ultima-File. Each file includes index and folder labels for fast document
location and retrieval. A fold-up shelf serves as a work surface to reference files right at the
cabinet. All folders are stored at a comfortable height, eliminating stooping or bending. Mobility is
another key benefit of the Ultima-File. Heavy-duty swivel casters allow the files to be easily
rearranged or moved. All cabinets are available in an archival quality powder coat Autumn Haze
finish. No assembly required.

PiCo Design Self Adhesive Suspension Strips
This self adhesive, pre-punched suspension strip is easily attached to each document and
allows it to hang straight in the cabinet and reduces handling during retrieval. Each sheet
can be identified on the carrier strip for each reference. Suspension strips are sold by the
roll. Each roll can be cut into eighty-two 24" strips, fifty-four 36" strips or forty-one 48"
strips as required. Available in 50 meter rolls and 100 pack strips.

Our 5-drawer and 10-drawer models provide a reliable place to store all your valuable
graphics. Files are modular so they can be used individually or in a space- saving stack.
Expert engineering assures you maximum function and years of service. Closed Base raises
files 6" off the floor for protection and easier access. Front is recessed 23⁄4" from file for
toe space. Holds up to five files consisting of any combination of 5 and 10 drawer cabinets.
Assembles easily. High Base raises files 20" off the floor. Base has enclosed back and sides
with an open front for extra storage space. Sturdy all-steel construction. Holds up to two
files. Easy assembly. Optional field installable Lock Kit includes lock and two keys.

Atlas™ Blueprint Stand and Racks
Everything you need to get organized. Atlas Brand Products are made with quality in mind by the original producers of the PlahHold
product. The caster wheels are wider, the caster bolt is thicker, the tubing is larger for more strength, the paint is powder coated for
durability (most other brands are baked enamel paint), the welds are bigger for more strength and the construction is built to last decades.
All clamps, wall racks and mobile stands are interchangeable with Safco, PlanHold, Mayline and other major brands.
All Atlas Products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

a. Atlas Open Wall High Capacity Roll Storage
Take advantage of your vertical space to organize your blueprints or other large rolled materials. This
rack requires only a very compact footprint saving you valuable floor space. Heavy duty steel frame with
welded posts supports up to 960 lbs of material per rack.
Model 04308640 includes five 8” bins in the lower section for extra large rolls, four 6” bins in the middle
section for medium to semi-large rolls, and four 4” bins in the upper section for smaller rolls.
Model 04301650 includes sixteen 5” bins. Overall units are 84” tall, 21” wide and 11’’ deep and rest on
steel “feet”. Bin “posts” are welded at an incline and extend 9” off frame. Wall brackets with 16” stud
spaced mounting holes extend the frame 1-1/4” off wall to allow space for chair rail or baseboards are
