To create a folder, you right click and select Create folder. This must be done to create a
folder for each department/user.

In order to edit the permissions of a folder/file, you right click and select Properties. Then
you go to the Permissions tab. You can modify the owner, as well as groups associated with
the file/folder and which access different users have.
