• Just go is a kiwi owned and operated company, with it’s headquarters based in the UK.
• We are the largest dedicated motorhome hire company in the UK with a fleet of over 50 motorhomes.
• We own all of our own vehicles, none of which are more that 3 years old and with our own in house team of
experts, we maintain them all to our own, very high standards.
• Our UK depot is ideally located within easy reach of all London’s international airports.
• We are within 15 minutes of the M1 and M25 – two of the UK’s major motorways which provide easy
access for exploring everything that the UK has to offer.
• Our UK office is staffed with both Kiwi’s and Brits; the Kiwi’s provide the service antipodeans expect and the
Brits have a vast knowledge of their country.
• We only use Rimor motorhomes on our fleet as they have a proven track record for being strong and reliable
and yet don’t compromise on comfort and style. We purchase new motorhomes every year, which means we can
offer our clients modern, up to date motorhomes that are in fantastic condition.

Just go’s depot location
Just go’s depot is ideally located just north of London, so we are within easy reach of all of London’s airports and well connected with the UK train & coach networks.
Being on the outskirts of London, means our depot really is at the gateway for the whole of Britain, Scotland, Ireland and Europe.
WHERE TO STAY
Just go recommends that all
clients stay at campsites overnight
for their own safety.
Campsites make motorhoming
holiday’s so much easier, as they
have electrical hook-up to power
everything on board the
motorhome, access to fresh water
to replenish the motorhome’s stock
and use of the shower facilities,
with endless supplies of hot water.
Just go recommends that all
clients pre-book campsites for their
first and last nights, so that once
they have collected the motorhome
they know exactly where they are
going and don’t have to worry
about finding a campsite.

Why hire a Just go motorhome?
•
Just go motorhomes offer you the flexibility of a car, to travel where and when you want to, but with the added bonus of taking your
accommodation with you, so you only have to unpack once.
• Just go motorhomes really are the ultimate home away from home. They come fully kitted out with all your cooking equipment, basic
camping equipment and a few luxuries such as microwaves and Xbox 360/ DVD systems to make camping as comfortable as possible.
• We offer lots of carefully selected additional items for example linen kits, bikes and outside dining sets that can all be hired from us to
make their Just go motorhome holiday that little bit more special.
• All Just go motorhomes come with Ford Assistance breakdown cover for the whole of the UK and Europe. They have staff that can
speak many languages to help out in which ever country they are in.
• We don’t charge any extra for a New Zealand driver’s license - we don’t penalise people from back home!
• We pride ourselves on friendly and personnel service – our staff really do go that extra mile to make clients feel welcome and at home
and they are always on hand to answer any questions 24 hours a day via our emergency phone line.
• We have the largest motorhome hire fleet in the UK, therefore we are big enough to be able to provide a variety of new vehicles
which are maintained to the highest standard, and yet we are not too big so we can still offer that personal service.
• Because we own all of our own vehicles your clients will not be sitting in a 15 year old motorhome, smelling of old dog, that has
broken down! With Just go, our aim is to make sure your clients have the best holiday ever!
• We have a dedicated New Zealand office to help your clients before they depart.
Important information
• All drivers must be aged between 25 and 70, have held a full, valid drivers licence for 3 or more years. They must be able to demonstrate that they have been
driving on a regular basis (more than 3 x week) for more than 2 years and feel confident to drive a vehicle of the dimensions of our largest motorhome.
• Insurance for the first driver is included, providing that they have a clean drivers licence. Just go must be advised of any convictions a driver may have had and
we reserve the right to refuse insurance, for example for recent drink driving convictions.
• During July and August the minimum hire period is 7 days. At all other times of year the minimum hire period is 5 days except over Christmas when it is 7days.
• The excess on the motorhomes insurance policy is £1000.00 GBP. This can be reduced to zero with our CDW (collision damage wavier) insurance. This reduces
the vehicles excess from £1000.00 GBP to zero for any road traffic accident, therefore it covers the driver for any collision on the road and also if an uninsured
driver hits the motorhome. However it doesn’t cover any damaged deemed as gross negligence, any damage over head height, any damage to tyres or windows.
• Neither our standard insurance or our CDW covers damage sustained over head height.
• Collections and return of the motorhomes are to Just go’s Flamstead depot only. No alternatives can be arranged. One-way hire are not permitted in the UK.
Collection is between 2pm and 4pm the day your hire commences and it must be return between 9am and 11am unless alternative times have been agreed with
Just go prior to your hire commencing. A late fee of £100.00 GBP per hour applies to all late returns.
• There is a refundable £500.00 GBP security deposit payable on collection of the motorhome by cash, travellers cheques, debit or credit card (MasterCard &
Visa only). This amount will be debited from your account immediately. This amount is fully refunded with 7 days of return of the motorhome to the agreed location
on the agreed date and time, and in the same condition as it was hired out, with the fuel, fresh water and gas tanks full, the toilet cassette and grey water tanks
empty, and the interior clean and tidy with all rubbish and food removed. Fees may apply if this is not adhered to. Just go reserves the right to increase the security
deposit for specific events e.g. World Cup events, festivals or any other hire where the motorhome is carrying 4 or more adults to £1000.00
•Just go reserves the right to amend vehicle specifications and pricing with prior notice

correct child restraints appropriate for their weight under UK law.
11. Pets: I will not allow any animals to be carried in the Vehicle, unless otherwise
agreed with Just go and an additional security deposit paid and the Just go dog
policy adhered to.
12. Insurance (provided all the personal information supplied is correct)
The Vehicle is insured for damage to the Vehicle and the property of a third party;
but does not include any personal insurance for the customer (including death or
bodily injury to the driver) or cover any personal possessions. The vehicle
insurance is provided by Rival Insurance services Ltd. The hire rate quoted
includes a standard excess of GB£1000.00. In the event of any damage to either
the vehicle or third party property, the hirer will be liable for the first GB£1000.00.
The hirer will also be fully liable for all overhead damage, any damaged deemed
as gross negligence and replacement or repair of windows and windscreens or
tyre damage.
13. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver at £15.00 per day will reduce the £1000.00 excess for
damage caused due to a collision (i.e. reported accident) to either the vehicle or
third party property to £0.The hirer will however be fully liable for any Overhead
damage, replacement or repair to windows and windscreen, tyre damage or
damage costs caused through gross negligence. Applies in respect of each
incident and or claim, not each Rental. Minimum term for CDW is 5 days in winter
and 7 days during the summer.
Should the Terms and Conditions not be adhered to, the CDW will be void and the
customer will be liable in full for all costs and damages. Please note that the CDW
is completely optional and can be decided upon collection of your vehicle. After
the hire has commenced, CDW cannot be taken out
14. Overhead Damage
All drivers must be aware of the (unusual) height of the motorhome and are
responsible for all damage if driven under an obstruction that is too low for it to
clear – the obvious examples are low bridges and height restrictions into car parks
etc. In this event neither the Basic Insurance nor Collision Damage Waiver will
apply and the hirer will be responsible for the repair of all damages. Overhead
damage is deemed as any damage to any part of the vehicle which occurs above
6 feet (1.83 metres) and or any third party property.
15. Security Deposit
There is a refundable GB£500.00 Security Deposit payable by cash, credit card or
debit card. Should the security deposit be paid by credit or debit card, the amount
will be debited from your account immediately. This is fully refundable within seven
days of return of the vehicle to the agreed location, on the agreed date and time,
in the same condition as it was let out, with the toilet empty, the interior clean
including all cooking appliances and the fuel tank, LPG tank and fresh water tanks
full. Just go reserves the right to increase the security deposit for specific events
e.g. World Cup events, Festivals, clients travelling with pets or any other hire
where the Motorhome is carrying 4 or more adults to £1000.00

must be emptied prior to the return of the vehicle or an additional
£75.00 soiling fee will be retained.
d)
Should any damages exceed the security deposit the customer will be
responsible to settle all additional costs over and above the security
deposit value within 7 days of your hire end date.
Note: Where the hirer has opted for the CDW option, no excess will be charged in
the event of a collision, but they should be aware that the £500 security deposit
will be used to fund any loss or damage what so ever to equipment, fixtures and
fittings, windows, tyres or negligent damage to the vehicle. Should these damages
exceed £500 the customer will be liable for the total cost and the difference will
need to be settled within seven days of returning the Motorhome.
