Close the earth ng sw tch and remove the front panel... ... to access the earth ng sw tch (beh nd the nsulator beam). B C A Open the earth ng sw tch. Remove the M6 nut A, the 2 x M6 screws B and the mov ng contacts C . To reassemble the mov ng contacts, proceed n the oppos te order to the d sassembly process. replac ng an nsulator ---cap tor Remove the earth busbar D, E and F held n place by 1 screw and M6 nut. S1B22869 rev s on : 01 7 Remove the 2 10 Remove the 4 M12 nsulator screws Remove the voltage presence plug of the nsulator requ r ng replacement. Remove the nsulator. To reassemble the nsulator, proceed n the oppos te order to d sassembly. replac ng the earth ng sw tch d sassembl ng Remove th unscrew the 2 M12 screw on the 8 Unscrew the bra ng E from the earth ng tch held n place by 1 screw and 1 M8 nut. S1B22869 rev s on : 01 9 Unscrew the connect ng rod an Remove the 4 M6 screws N ho ng the earth ng tch n place. Remove the earth ng sw tch. reassembl ng the earth ng sw tch 10 To reassemble the new earth ng sw tch, proceed n the oppos te order to the d sassembly process. Then after adjustment lock the 2 nuts R n place. Place the contact holder shaft up aga nst the rack (w thout clearance). wrong adjustment wrong adjustment --- In the closed pos t on check that clearance after clo ng s respected. --- If necessary re-adjust the length of connect ng rod R .
