Measurements (cont.)
The resulting measurement for a single event will be displayed
as shown in Figure 5. This example shows that the distance to
the EVENT is 31 meters.
When the MicrOTDR detects multiple events, event number
(1) will flash, and the MULTIPLE EVENT annunciator will be
displayed. The distance to event number (1) will then be
displayed, and the event number (1) will extinguish. Refer to
figure 6 below. This example shows that the distance to event
number (1) is 31 meters.
