from defect in workmanship and material for a period ofone year fmm the date of invoice ofthe
equipment. This waranty does not cover nonilll wear and tear, consumable iterns, or part
failures caused by (i) accident, (ii) abuse, or (iii) failure to maintain the DEN-SIN system
containing tlrc affected parls in accordancewith DEN-SIN technical specification. All labour is
the responsibility, and tlre expenw of the Buyer. The liability of Seller under this waranty is
lirnited, at Sellefs option. solely to rcpair or replacementwith equivalent articles. Tlris wamnty
is condition upnn (a) Seller being notified in writing by Buyer within one week after discovery of
defects:
(b) the retum of defective articles to Seller, tmnsportation charges prepaid by Buye4 and (c)
Selle/s examination ofsuch article disclosing to its satisfactiontlnt such defectswere not caused
by negligeuce, misuse, improper mintenance, irnproper installation. accident, or unauthorized
repair or alteration.
Accessoriesor equiprnentfumished by DEN-SIN but mnufactured by others,shall carry the
warranty that its rDnufacturer lrasconveyed to DEN-SIN, and which may be passedon to the
purchaser.The original wananty period ofany article, which has been repairedor replacedby
DEN-SIN. shall not tberebv be extended.
