Model. FWW100 Winter Wheels User Manual Rev.E 04-12 by Your Winter Storage Wheels FullStop® Highlander Winter Wheels give you the peace of mind that your valuable mobile property is protected. In order to ensure optimal use of your winter wheels, we recommend that you read this manual completely. Ensure the handbrake is on. Understand and follow all guidelines stipulated by your vehicle manufacturer regarding changing wheels. A suitable jack must be used (do not use your corner steadies to jack your vehicle); follow the wheel removal instructions provided with the jack. It is recommended all work is conducted on a hard and level surface. Fit Highlander winter wheels one at a time. Remove vehicle wheels one at a time. Chock the other wheel(s). Lower all corner steadies and/or support the load using properly rated axle or jack stands as soon as possible. Do not go under the vehicle. Align the appropriate set of holes of the Highlander to suit the configuration of the vehicle’s hub. Follow vehicle manufacturers recommended torque setting when re-fitting the hub’s nuts/bolts. Ensure the Highlander fits flush up to the vehicle’s hub without any play. Ensure ground contact surface is suitable for application; use boarding or equivalent as necessary. Fit protective cap to lock barrel to help prevent ingress of dirt or water. Thereafter spray the outside of the lock body with a light oil such as WD-40 or equivalent every sixteen weeks. Fits 4 stud configurations with PCD 98mm up to 125mm and 5 stud configurations with PCD 112mm. Disclaimer If used properly, your FullStop® product will be an effective deterrent.
