LIMITED WARRANTY Epson America, Inc., “Epson,” warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase by only the original consumer purchaser. This Warranty applies only should the product fail to function properly under normal use. During the warranty period, Epson will repair (or, at its option, replace), at no charge, components that prove to be defective, provided the product is returned (shipping prepaid and properly packed) to the nearest authorized Epson Service Center or to the Dealer from whom the product was purchased. You may request information on how to obtain service by contacting the Epson dealer from whom the product was purchased, or by contacting Epson directly at the address printed below. Your purchase receipt or other proof of date of original consumer purchase and the serial number of the product must be provided when requesting warranty service to be performed. This warranty does not apply if the Epson label or rating label or the serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered, or if, in the opinion of Epson, the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, improper packing or improper modifications or service by other than an authorized Epson Service Center. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, statements or representations, and unless stated herein, all such warranties, statements or representations made by any other person or firm are void. All implied warranties in connection with this sale, including the warranty of merchantability, shall be of the same duration as the warranty period stated above. In the event that this product shall prove defective in workmanship or materials, your sole remedy shall be the repair or remedy as stated in this warranty, and under no circumstances shall Epson be liable for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product caused by any defect in the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, nor permit limitations of the duration of any implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
