Do the following:
1. Remove power from
any external storage
enclosures.
2. Remove power from the
MSA.
3. Re-seat all Fibre Channel
and SCSI I/O modules.
4. Apply power to any
external storage
enclosures.
5. Apply power to the
MSA.
6. Verify that the MSA
has the latest version
firmware installed.
