DESCRIPTION
Microsoft has made a lot of changes in Internet Exlorer 9/10/11 and hier. To be able to
access to the M-Stor portal you have to enable the compatibility mode in your IE
browser.

Internet Explorer 9/10 :
Go to TOOLS / Compatible view settings or click on
and go to Compatible View Settings you
should see the window below and the TAG Aviation M-Store website URL should be listed below on
the users laptop. If not it needs Adding.

You should have this following error message
“Click here to continue”

Then press “F12” or go on “Tools” and “F12 Developer Tools”

And you will see a new windows:
Click on the arrow on the left bottom corner and go on the section “Emulation”
and choose in the “User Agent String” the option “Internet Explorer 8”
After this changes you need to enter the login infos again and then you have
access to the Aircraft Management Invoices Application
