Location based charges / no expiration of amounts loaded
businesim charge policy differs from all other local service providers like,
vodaphone, wind, orange etc.
businesim charge rates are based on the location of the businesim during calling
or receiving a call. Therefore, if you will take a look to our businesim rate page
the countries on the left side indicate NOT where you call to, but where you
are located at the time of your call.
No expiration of the amounts loaded in your businesim
The amounts loaded on businesim cards do not expire. If you load €50 prior to
departing for your trip and consume only €20, the balance remains in your card
to be consumed whenever you will be using it again. You do not loose the
amount which is in your businesim not consumed. As advised before you will
see your balance on the screen of you Mobile after you end the call.

Each time you visit a different country you need to remember only the following:

Skype to businesim
businesim and Skype have forged a unique partnership in order to
provide free calls from Skype to businesim numbers, for you and your
clients. We are not referring to skype to skype in your mobile, but
Skype to your mobile number without charging data.
When this feature is activated, Skype users can call businesim numbers
for free, using special dialing format: +372800XXXXXXXX.
The cost of incoming Skype call for businesim user, is at 0.15 EUR per
minute in 125 countries.
In case businesim user is in the country out of the 125 (roam free
countries) additional incoming call charges apply.
Webcalls to businesim
We are happy to announce a breakthrough development for all businesim
clients. Webcall will change the way family and colleagues can reach
businesim users.
Depending on your requirements this facility provide the businesim users
opportunity for:
• free calls from website to customer support
• free calls from website to all businesim numbers who allow web calls
• combining two described options.
Calls from Webcall to customer support are free of charge.
Calls from Webcall to businesim numbers are free for the caller and are
charged for businesim user. The cost of incoming web call for businesim user is
per minute rate of incoming call in the host country plus 0.15EUR per minute. In
case businesim user is in one of the ROAM FREE countries (free incoming
calls), the cost will be just 0.15EUR per minute.

Divert your calls to your local or mobile number
Having a businesim number, makes your life easier for your international
communication. Now all your international colleagues know your permanent
international number. Because they can find you by calling to your businesim
permanent number no matter where you are.
When you return back home we provide you another useful service free of charge if
your home land is one of the ROAM FREE 125 countries.
You can divert your businesim number to your home/office/mobile number free of
charge. That is to say that you will be replying from your local mobile number if
anyone calls you to your businesim number without any charge!!! You can have
the mobile with businesim card ON or OFF at your choice.
In case however the call is diverted to a number of the country listed in businesim
standard retail Extra rates, user will be charged on per minute basis for incoming
calls.

VOICE and GPRS availability at the same time in one sim card!
MMS
MMS messages between businesim cards are FREE of charge.
User will be charged the data rate only, no charge will be taken for
the MMS itself. For now only users with businesim cards can
exchange MMS messages between one another.

“ businesim super data" is a separate businesim data card, custom made specially for
heavy Data users. It has more options in terms of affordable Data usage in numerous
countries and offers Data Packages in an easy to use manner. However, at the same
time is providing voice and SMS messages!
There are two options to use the businesim super data card :
- use without purchasing any package. in this case you will be charged based on the
regular super data rates (pay as you go).
- purchase one of low cost the daily, weekly monthly the special packages. in this
case please read the instructions how this feature operates.

businesim Automatic Recharge
There are various ways to load your businesim card:

Through website , Through scratch cards, through prepaid e-pins, or by
creating a pool.
1. Thought website you can make all the purchases, and you can choose the
amount you wish to top up your businesim cards.
2. Or Through website again you can purchase scratch cards which after you can
provide to any of your crew members before they depart or on board by master.
3. Or you can purchase e-pins (which are actually codes) which you can
send/provide by sms to your staff upon their request any time and upon they put
this pin to their card automatically will have loaded their businesim cards.
This feature is created especially for the companies that have more than one
employee who make calls and spend data during their trips.
Businesim Pool
The corporate account provides companies with the ability to create one pool for all the
businesim numbers. Based on that, each card will be automatically charged from the existing
pool according to the call/data usage. The pool gives amount only to those who call/use data.
In addition the administrator will be able to : charge, pre-set limits on how much both the
company as a whole and individual employees can spend on international mobile
communication/data different for each businesim. Administrator can set a for each businesim
number a min level which when reached will be toped up automatically, set: a top up amount
which will be added as soon as the card reach the minimum level, and a max amount per
month.
Also the administrator is able to follow control all the businesim cards from one account and
