The upper thread is threaded automatically when
a spool is loaded into the thread cassette. Simply
press the cassette into the machine and the needle
immediately threads!

Settings Screen
Set the buzzer and opening animation to “On” or “Off” and choose your language.
On-screen Editing
Powerful editing features include the layout, pattern rotation in 90°increments, mirror
imaging and scaling.
Error Messages
The
500D even alerts you to oversights. For example, if the buttonhole
lever has not been lowered, an audible sound together with a displayed message will
notify you. Or, you will be notified that the bobbin thread is running out.
My Custom Stitch™
This exclusive feature allows you to create decorative stitches on the LCD panel.
These can then be saved to memory for future use.
Utility Stitch
The
500D offers 67 utility stitches. You can reverse stitches, adjust stitch
length and width, program reinforcement stitches and the thread cutter.
Combination of Stitches
The
500D allows you to even combine some stitches for greater variety
and creativity.
