Product Choices
The Pearlmax 3 offers the possibility to dispense following products :
- unchilled stillwater (starting with series production in Jan. 2005)
- chilled stillwater
- chilled carbonated water
With the use of the display a combination of 2 products is possible. The middle push button is used to choose the
portion size.
Versions without a display permit a choice of maximum 3 products.
Portioning / Display options
With the display a portion controlled dispense of three portion sizes is possible.

The connector with the jumper behind the operator panel is used to change the operating
mode from portioncontrol to manual dispense.
The activated portion control module can be identified by a green blinking LED
on the left side of the operating panel.
The display also offers the possibility to read out various data from the unit via the
service menue.
