It has this state because the scenario was loaded from a Document Type Association. The content authors can still change parameters and other settings if they are duplicating the scenario and edit the duplicate. In this case the copy of the scenario is created in the user local settings. Configuring Extensions You can add extensions to your Document Type Association using the Extensions tab from the Document Type dialog. Figure 8.22. Configure extensions for a document type Configuring an Extensions Bundle Starting with <oXygen/> 10.3 version a single bundle was introduced acting as a provider for all other extensions. The individual extensions can still be set and if present they take precedence over the single provider, but this practice is being discouraged and the single provider should be used instead. 320
