TURNING THE STERILIZER ON/OFF

Turn the key RIGHT to ENABLE
the controls.
Press CONTROLS OFF/ON to
turn the sterilizer ON (illuminated)
or OFF (not illuminated).

If the button is ILLUMINATED
but the display is OFF, touch the
screen to turn it ON.
Turn the key LEFT to DISABLE
the controls. Remove the key to
prevent unauthorized operation.
OPERATING THE DOOR
WARNING − BURN HAZARD
Steam released from the sterilizer chamber can cause
serious burns. Stand away while the door is moving.
Tap to unseal a sealed door.

The In Process indicator
displays in the status area
while the cycle runs.
If necessary, you can cancel the cycle:
a. Tap the Stop button.
b. In the More screen, tap the Abort button.

Before you unload the sterilizer, determine
the effectiveness of the cycle.
COMPLETE AND SUCCESSFUL
The Cycle Complete button
displays. Tap it to silence the alert
sound.
The GREEN Process Complete
status indicator displays.
CYCLE COMPLETE displays in the cycle
information area.

enough to cause burns.
Wear personal protective
equipment (PPE) when
loading and unloading the
chamber.

Persons entering the chamber could become trapped.
Before entering the chamber, turn the CONTROLS
DISABLE/ENABLE key to
DISABLE, remove it, and
keep it with you.
POSSIBILITY OF INJURY
If a WATER IN DRAIN
message displays, DO
NOT operate the chamber
door. Hot water in the
chamber may spill if the
door is opened. Wait until
the message clears before
attempting to open the door.

maintenance personnel check the:
• steam supply: Is pressure adequate, strainer clogged?
• door gasket: Is it worn? Replace as necessary.
• chamber: Is drain screen clogged, screen missing?
• water supply: Is pressure adequate, strainer clogged?
• air filter: Is it dirty, clogged? Replace as necessary.
• electrical supply: Is circuit breaker lit?
