Software-Activation
Generally, our software runs in a demo mode for a limited amount of time. During
that time you will be able to test the software on your machine.
If you want to continue using the software after the demo period, or if you want to
use all features of our software, you need to acquire a valid license. Do this by contacting [email protected].
You can check for the remaining evaluation-time by starting the License-Manager:
After purchase you need to send us your Machine-ID. We will send back an Activation-Key for the software. Follow the procedure described in 2, “Activation Process “.
Warning: The license is bound to one specific machine. So, if you upgrade major
hardware components like for CPU, amount of RAM, hard-drive or graphics-adapter,
this most probably will alter your machine-ID. Your software will not run on that altered machine any more. Be sure to deactivate your license before attempting such
modifications! Please carefully read Section 3.1, “Deactivating License “!

Activation Process
The activation process is a two-step procedure:
1. Sending your machine-ID to us.
2. Activating the software with the activation-key obtained from us.
2.1
Sending Your Machine ID to Us
If the trial period has expired, the software will stop working. In this case start the License-Manager delivered with the software (See Fig 2). Copy and paste the code supplied under the Machine-ID entry into an email to [email protected] in case
you have already purchased the software. Otherwise, please contact
[email protected] first.
2.2
Activating Your Software
Once your purchase has been successfully processed, you will receive an activation
code for software.
To activate your software, start the License-Manager again. Now enter your activation code in the Activation-Code-Box and hit "OK" - this will unlock the software for
your use:

Managing Licenses
Note that your license is valid for only a single machine. In case you change the hardware of your computer or want to move the software to a different machine, you first
have to deactivate your current license. You will be supplied with a specific revocation code which will prove to us that your license has successfully been deactivated.
Send
the
revocation
code
together
with
the
new
Machine-ID
to
[email protected].
3.1
Deactivating License
Start the License-Manager and press the "Remove License"-button. A message-box
will pop up, asking if you really want to revoke the License. Answer with "Yes".
A file-selector-box will open which allows you to save the revocation/remove-key.
Store it in a secure place - you need to send it to us in order to prove successful deinstallation of our software!
IMPORTANT: After you have answered "Yes" in the dialog, your license
will be removed from your computer and the dialog will be closed. Make
sure to save the removal code given to you in the next pop-up-box in a
propper place.
If you fail to supply us with a valid removal code, you will have to pur chase the software again!
You need to send this removal code to [email protected] in order to prove that
you have sucessfully removed your license.
Now upgrade your computer or move to another machine.
Open again the licensing dialog. Send us:
a) your removal code
b) your new Machine-ID
to [email protected]. You will receive your new activation code within a short
time. Enter the new activation code as usual, described in section 2, “Activation
Process ”.
