Open the “General Information” tab and select the “Unsigned 8-Bit Value” or “Signed 8-Bit Value“ data type. 3. Click on the “Select” button to open the “Address Properties” dialog. 4. Via the checkbox, the “By Byte” accessing method can be selected. 5. Select the addressing method of the PLC memory locations from the list box. 6.
