Hi players,
Welcome to the user manual of Heartware the Game. This manual will help you with some
technicalities around playing the game and using the Galaxy tab. We will discuss 3 basic FAQs:
A. How to start playing
B. If there is no Wi-Fi
C. If the game stalls
Important note, please do recharge your device daily if you plan to play every day.
How to start playing
Step One
This arrow directs you to the power
button of the device. Tilt the device
to the side to find it.
A. Press the button for ± 3
seconds to start or shut
down the tablet
completely.
B. Press the button once to
take the device out of sleep
mode or put it to sleep.
Step Two
Tap this button to go to Applications
Step 3
Tap the Heartware the Game
icon.
And you will be directed to the LOG IN screen.

If there is no Wi-Fi
If you’re planning to play Heartware the Game in an area without Wi-Fi access, you will need to log
in before leaving the Wi-Fi zone.
If you’re within a Wi-Fi zone and you cannot access it, try the following steps.
Step 1
At the ‘Applications’ screen, tap the
Settings icon.
If there is no Wi-Fi (con’t)
Step 2
Select Wireless and network by
tapping on it
If there is no Wi-Fi (con’t)
Step 3
Select Wi-Fi settings
If there is no Wi-Fi (con’t)
Step 4
In the Wi-Fi settings, if Wi-Fi and
Network notification are selected,
you should have internet
connection, please log in again.
If not, select your preferred Wi-Fi
network.
If the game stalls
Step 1
Tap on ‘Task Manager’
If the game stalls (con’t)
Step 2
Tap End at Heartware the Game
And tap ‘HOME’ again to return
home to start applications.
Now you can restart the game as
usual.
